Amazing place to have lunch when visiting Assisi. Right in the historic center of the city, the staff is very welcoming and the food is delicious.

We were preparing our self for some simple sandwich Assisi being such a touristic place. What a luck to find this gem! Small and cozy with Italian grandma rulling the kitchen. We had truffle pasta, where you taste the truffle and not just smell a bit of truffle powder. The other dish we've ordered was typical for the town and region - pigeon. Hard to compare it with anything if you haven't tried it. Beyond delicious!

We went for dinner one evening and ate/drank well. We ordered a platter for two people, a cut, a guinea fowl, vin santo with biscuits, water and local beer.

We had dinner here during our stay in Assisi. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable especially about wines.
The food was very good, it was a pity that we dined a bit cramped on a sort of outdoor balcony. For the rest everything is very good! Specifically, we tasted two very tasty first courses.

New, clean place, polite table service with great attention to the customer. Excellent food, cooked and served excellently. We took the platter with cured meats, Umbrian cheeses and torte al testo, scrambled egg with truffles and Roveja soup, I am Umbrian and I can confirm that the dishes I took are of excellent quality, excellent cured meats, cheeses and above all the truffles. they are fresh and of excellent quality, cooked and presented in an extraordinary way. I congratulate the owners for their attention to the customer and the care taken in preparing the food. I highly recommend this place.

Piccolo locale centralissimo !! Si vede l'amore che i proprietari mettano in ogni cosa !!! Mi ha un po' spaesato il contrasto tra fuori e dentro ( un po' più moderno di quanto mi adpetassi ) . Materia prima di altissima qualità ! L'antipasto composto da affettati e formaggi artigianali, il prosciutto affettato a mano tutto accompagnato da pizza a testo . I primi non troppo abbondanti, ma anche qui la materia prima e la maestria nel cucinarla risalta la professionalità e l'impegno dimostrato da tutti ... Ha anche pochissimi posti all'estero . Sicuramente da provare!!!

Per me e mia sorella, Assisi significa anche una tappa all'Hostaria Terra Chiama, vicino il Duomo di San Rufino. Abbiamo scoperto questo piccolo e accogliente ristorante nel 2022 e ci siamo trovate benissimo.
Un piattino di fette di pane con olio locale, una buona porzione di gnocchi al Sagrantino e una fetta di torta al cioccolato accompagnata da crema calda ci hanno lasciato nuovamente un buon ricordo, oltre ad aver allietato il pranzo.
