Beautiful and characteristic restaurant, very well-kept, clean, and organized. The ingredients are excellent, as is the preparation. Professional and friendly service. Reservations are recommended. Prices are reasonable for the restaurant's unique character, location, and the food offered.

Lunch in Assisi Let's say that overall it was a pleasant lunch, although not 100% satisfying. The first courses were very good, especially the truly remarkable white ragù. The second courses were a bit disappointing. It could have been better.

Impeccable service Welcoming and charming atmosphere Superlative food Abundant dishes Prices are a bit high, but I'd say they're in line with the quality 5 stars are too few Highly recommended, also because it stands out from most of the touristy places in the center of Assisi where the menu is mostly aimed at foreigners.

Locale forse dall’atmosfera un po’ “freddina” ma la nostra è stata una fermata breve per un apericena che tutto sommato ci ha soddisfatto, sia i prodotti che la qualità, accompagnato da due clici di vino “generosi” per la quantità: dalle nostri parti ne servono di meno…. Servizio cortese e veloce, poche persone all’interno visto anche l’orario, abbiamo apprezzato che anche senza prenotazione ci hanno fatto accomodare senza alcun problema.

28/09/2025: I've known this place for almost 20 years and every time I return I'm filled with joy... not only for the food (excellent ingredients and amazing cuisine) but for the love I feel for the people who work there and make it truly wonderful!!!!
27/09/2025: This is an excellent restaurant and I highly recommend it. A common place for the locals and tourists with exceptional food in the regional style. We will return to this moderately priced and pleasurable Osteria.

09/10/2025: Located at the entrance to the village, this very welcoming restaurant has two dining rooms, friendly and helpful waitresses, generous dishes, and exquisite presentation. The wine list is excellent.
