Una cena davvero fantastica, servita e preparata con grande cura, con attenzione ai prodotti del territorio e molti a km0. Abbiamo provato il baccalà, la specialità di questo ristorante, e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. Inoltre una rivisitazione delle fave e cicorie, piatto tipico foggiano, ma con fave di una varietà locale particolare (Carpino) preparate con erbette profumate e timo selvatico, squisite. Tutto accompagnato da cortesia e raffinatezza. Una serata come poche, con eccellenze culinarie pugliesi. Consigliato senza esitazione.
