Experience repeated and to be repeated again, at least until the end of the menu. Then to start again from the beginning. Well done everyone, for the cuisine and the atmosphere.

We are a Sardinian couple and we have always wanted to go and try this place since it was in the old location. After years we finally tried it and since then we continue to go there and recommend it to friends. Delicious and carefully cooked dishes, decidedly fair waiting times between one course and another. They have a variety of very good local wines available and always know how to recommend the best to you. The service leaves no room for complaints, they are always kind, friendly and welcoming. The environment itself is very quiet, even when the place is full. There are several tables but given the quality of the place I always book in advance. 😊 I would like to recommend one dish in particular but it's all good. Last time I took the cod as a starter and the sea bass au gratin as a second course, while my son finished his huge plate of orecchiette. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟 they are more than deserved.

We ate very well, the staff is very knowledgeable and courteous and the dishes enhance and promote local products. many ingredients at km 0. The only flaw is the area is a bit difficult due to its known problems. Come on guys!!!

Sono un cliente fisso di questo ristorante e posso dire che sia a pranzo che a cena non delude mai. Tra i piatti che preferisco e vi consiglio l'uovo a 63 gradi, la candelette con le melanzane (veramente cremose) e la crostatina di frutta. Personale molto competente, cordiale e servizio sempre rapido.

Confesso che da quando ho scoperto questo locale lo considero una valida opzione per trascorrere una serata piacevole in un ambiente accogliente e luminoso, coccolati da pietanze intriganti e mai scontate. Il personale, sebbene giovane e intraprendente, sa come gestire la clientela con professionalità, celerità ma anche con molta cortesia. Il menù si districa tra proposte di terra e di mare tra cui abbiamo optato per delle mazzancolle al vapore su passata di ceci e bietole e del baccalà in pastella con piselli ed insalata croccante. Serviti dopo un entrée offerto casa ed una degustazione di olio hanno da subito messo in chiaro le doti della brigata di cucina non solo nella selezione e nella preparazione dei piatti, ma anche nella capacità di creare nuove alchimie di sapori. I maccheroncini con salsiccia di suino nero, funghi cardoncelli, mandorle tostate e caciocavallo podolico hanno avvalorato la genuinità di sapori delle loro pietanze. Indimenticabili e gustosi anche i loro secondi come la tagliata di mucisca ai profumi dell'orto e la spigalo arrosto con zucca e bietola. La carta dei vini offre un ventaglio di etichette interessanti così come lo sono i prezzi: assolutamente onesti. Come un tesoro nascosto Terra Arsa riserva le sue sorprese coloro che vorranno cercarlo. Non lasciatevelo sfuggire!
