Outstanding quality. Fresh produce at a whole new level, authentic flavors from the Foggia and Gargano area. I'll be back often. One of the best restaurants in Foggia. And that's not easy.

Revisited local cuisine, locally sourced ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere where you truly feel at home. The chef showcases both seafood and land with creativity, seasonal dishes, and carefully crafted presentation. The service is attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. Elegant yet unpretentious, the restaurant successfully balances tradition and modernity. Recommended for those seeking authentic, sustainable, and refined cuisine.

Yesterday we went with the whole Bonny and Family to have lunch in this restaurant, we are really happy to have been there, I think one of the few restaurants where we ate very well, where every dish was a life lesson, perfectly decorated, every combination was perfect, you could feel all the flavours, colour, crunchiness and softness it was a trio that was never missing, the quality of the products was excellent, everyone was very kind from the owners, to the chefs, to the service, living an experience like this teaches you a lot and is priceless, we can only say Thank you and see you soon

There are places where food isn't just nourishment, but language. Terra Arsa belongs to this category: a restaurant that seeks to engage with taste, memory, and the very essence of hospitality.
As soon as I entered, I sensed a care that goes beyond the surface. The bright, clean white tablecloths convey a sense of order and respect; the small, real plant in the center of the table conveys life, authenticity, a nod to nature that I find rare and precious. Deceptively simple details, but for those with an eye and sensitivity, they convey a philosophy.
I greatly appreciated the surprise tastings offered by the chef: small pizzas and octopus meatballs that gracefully introduce the culinary experience. There's a desire to welcome, to pique curiosity, to offer something not included on the menu. A beautiful idea, revealing the intent to transform dinner into a meeting.
However, like any growing place, Terra Arsa also has aspects that need improvement. I didn't appreciate, for example, the lack of a menu. Forced digital access interrupts the ritual of a meal and forces us to use our phones, a device that should remain silent at the table. The pandemic period is now behind us: returning to the concreteness of a sheet of paper, to the pleasure of leafing through and choosing, would restore warmth and humanity.
Another critical point is the constant presence of garlic: an ingredient that, when used in balance, can enhance; but when it becomes dominant, it tends to homogenize flavors, erasing nuances. The refinement of a cuisine is measured precisely by the ability to allow the elements to interact, without one overpowering the others.
Less pleasant, then, was the waiter's request for an explanation when I declined the octopus meatballs. I had simply said, "Thank you, but I can't eat it." Nothing else was needed. Politeness is measured not by curiosity, but by discretion. Even less elegant was the subsequent comment: "I'll give it to the gentleman, it's free...", pointing at my husband. A gesture perhaps involuntary, but one that casts a small shadow in a context that should be impeccable.
Another incident I found unpleasant concerned the craft beer we ordered, which tasted very good. We wanted to share it, so as not to alter its flavor while waiting to order another. Upon arrival, the waiter took away a glass, leaving only my husband's, assuming the beer was "for men." I found this rude: in a restaurant that caters to a high-class and attentive clientele, every gesture counts, and consideration for the guest is essential.
We ordered dishes that demonstrated the care and refinement of the cuisine: eggplant flan, burnt wheat orecchiette with green beans, yellow date tomatoes, and Gargano goat's cheese cacioricotta, and baked cod with Carpino favetta beans, chicory, and almonds. Each dish was presented with care and attention to aesthetics, confirming the chef's talent.
I also greatly appreciated the open kitchen, a sign of transparency and respect for the guest: observing the gestures and concentration of those working behind the stove restores trust and a sense of authenticity.
Finally, a detail that is significant for discerning diners: the lack of a bag rest. My bag remained on the floor throughout the dinner. In a restaurant that aspires to a high standard, this is a detail that should not be lacking: hospitality is expressed even in the smallest gestures.
Overall, however, I see great potential in Terra Arsa. The quality of the cuisine, the visual attention to detail, and the understated yet refined atmosphere speak to a project aimed at a select, knowledgeable, and discerning clientele.
It's a place that can become a reference point for those seeking authenticity and gastronomic culture—provided it manages to combine technical mastery with a sensitive ear to those sitting at the table.

Amazing experience. Very kind and welcoming staff. Excellent food. I was hesitant about dessert.... Luckily, I did. The hazelnut cake with caramel mousse was one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. It's a crime not to eat here at least once in your life.

A place where you can sense the passion for quality food and attention to every detail. The Slow Food snail was a testament to this: every dish tells a story, the flavors are authentic, and the respect for the ingredients is palpable. The service is impeccable, the staff attentive and caring, making the dining experience even more special. An experience that justifies every kilometer traveled.
