Visited for dinner, with reservation, the selection of cured meats is excellent and the portions of the first courses are very generous, it's a shame that the second courses are not present on the menu.

As a truffle lover I literally LOVED the gnocchi with truffle and bechamel. The pappardelle with traditional ragù and the Chianina white ragù are also excellent!
The dessert with ricotta and chocolate chips is also spectacular! Super delicious!
I wish I could give more than six stars!!!

At first glance, this restaurant might seem like one of the many places with outdoor tables, perfect for a lunch in the sun or a summer dinner. But just cross the threshold to discover a completely different world: a series of welcoming internal rooms in rustic style, with exposed beams, warm lights and wooden details that create an intimate and authentic atmosphere, in full Arezzo style.
The gastronomic experience begins with the appetizer, with attention to the smallest details. Local cured meats, mature cheeses accompanied by jams, variety of croutons including the inevitable livers; each element tells the story of the territory and tradition with taste and simplicity.
But it is with the first courses that the restaurant really gives its best. The pici with mushrooms and truffles are a dish not to be missed: the pasta is rough enough to retain a tasty and fragrant sauce, where the mushrooms, expertly cooked, become the absolute protagonists. A dish that speaks of woods, seasons and expert hands.
A restaurant that by choice does not offer second courses, but on the other hand offers a wide variety of more than abundant first courses.
Ultimately, a place that surprises twice: first for its hidden soul, then for the sincere quality of its cuisine. Perfect for those looking for authenticity, real flavors and a touch of Tuscan warmth. Among the best here in Arezzo.

Il locale (saletta interna) è un po claustrofobico ma il menu (solo primi, antipasti e dolci, niente secondi, scelta giustamente non esagerata) è molto buono ed abbondante (ottimi pici e crostini); il prezzo è onesto (senza coperto !)

Eccezionale! Abbiamo preso dei taglieri affettato e formaggi che definire divini è riduttivo! Prodotti di qualità eccelsa!
E i primi divini! Poco con ragù bianco di chianina spettacolari! Mai mangiato un ragù più buono! Poco al tartufo e ragù di cinghiale ottimi!
No messo 5 stelle solo perché avendo prenotato con largo anticipo e avendo comunicato che avevamo un passeggino con bambina di 8 mesi ci hanno sistemato in una stanza con scomode scale, quando sarebbe bastato farci sedere al piano superiore.
