The chef is simply incredibly talented: each dish we tasted was an explosion of flavors, perfectly mastered. It's without a doubt the best restaurant we've been to since the beginning of our stay in Puglia.

A magical, romantic, and elegant location, truly top-notch, as is Chef Nicola's cuisine and Riccardo and Teresa's impeccable service. My husband and I had a wonderful time; 5 stars are not enough. The ingredients are delicious; you simply must try the tagliolini with shrimp tartare, the appetizers, and don't miss the desserts. Congratulations!
