The chef is simply incredibly talented: each dish we tasted was an explosion of flavors, perfectly mastered. It's without a doubt the best restaurant we've been to since the beginning of our stay in Puglia.
And what about the welcome? A huge thank you to our server, who took care of us with rare attention, from the beginning to the end of the meal. An unforgettable experience, which we recommend without hesitation. 🙏💫

We dined in a beautiful establishment, a magical and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, refined dishes expertly decorated by the expert hand of chef Nicola. Excellent raw materials and a quality wine list. An evening of good food and relaxation, a rare thing in Salento restaurants. A magical, romantic, and elegant location, truly top-notch, as is Chef Nicola's cuisine and Riccardo and Teresa's impeccable service. My husband and I had a wonderful time; 5 stars are not enough. The ingredients are delicious; you simply must try the tagliolini with shrimp tartare, the appetizers, and don't miss the desserts. Congratulations!

Consiglio la tenuta.... Abbiamo fatto la cresima di mio figlio.... Ho deciso di allestire l aperitivo a buffet fuori.... Ogni ospite aveva la seduta con tavolo apparecchiato.... L' angolo torta già sistemato dalla signora... Il cibo era ottimo tutto fresco. Antipasti abbondanti, per il primo abbiamo avuto il ripasso,il secondo quantità giusta.... Il servizio è stato eccellente, presenti ma non invadenti... I proprietari simpatici e cordiali .. complimenti...
