I had dinner with my friends at Tenuta Oliva. I ate very well, savoring a truly amazing dish, the spaghetti with seasonal vegetables, which was extremely delicate. A cuisine that excites with every bite. Our dinner was a true sensory journey. We began with exceptional appetizers: exquisite lobster-filled ravioli, an explosion of seafood flavor in every bite, and a refined grilled octopus with sweet potatoes, perfectly textured. The highlight was undoubtedly Tenuta Oliva's salmon steak, served with an avocado and lime cream that highlighted the fresh, delicate fish. To end on a high note, a timeless classic, expertly prepared: the deconstructed tiramisu, a play of textures and flavors that brought the evening to a sweet conclusion. Impressive and impeccable. The staff displays a professionalism from days gone by: attentive, thoughtful, yet never intrusive, anticipating every guest's need with a smile and rare courtesy. Their passion for hospitality and attention to detail, such as the organization of the photo booth, made the experience even more enjoyable. We stopped here on the recommendation of friends and had a tomahawk with pork ribs and sweet potato fries...everything was delicious. The location was meticulously designed, with accent lighting in the gardens.

A beautiful location immersed in nature, where the rustic style of the country setting blends with the elegance of the rooms. The gardens, lit up at night, are very picturesque, perfect for taking photos. The food was excellent, with generous portions, and the service was very attentive and prompt. Highly recommended.

I had dinner at Tenuta Oliva... Everything was delicious. We tried several dishes, all traditional and made with fresh ingredients. My favorite was the cappellaccio with walnut cream and speck. Thanks to Roberto, the restaurant manager, for his advice and choice of dishes.

Absolutely fair and honest value for money. A magical experience in the evening with magnificently lit corners, and in the morning you can admire a relaxing panorama completely immersed in greenery and nature. Excellent cuisine, with traditional dishes but exquisitely crafted. The pizza is very good and light, highly digestible. The staff is friendly and attentive. Excellent location, right off the highway. A truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

We were here for a ceremony. The location is charming and the atmosphere elegant. We really enjoyed the first courses, which were truly exquisite, along with the abundant and varied appetizers. The second courses were also tasty. You can see the attention to detail in the location, between the gardens and the interior. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful location both outside and inside.. excellent food, wine, exceptional service... I really liked it, I will definitely return even without events... as a guest for a birthday I was satisfied... very suggestive place 👏
