I spent four unforgettable days with my mother and my sister. Beautiful place accompanied by friendly and very helpful staff. Tastefully furnished apartment. Breakfast is served in the room with homemade cakes and biscuits (delicious) and also packaged products. The property also has a restaurant/pizzeria where you can eat very well. The location is excellent and just a few km from Narni even though it is immersed in the countryside. We will definitely be back. A special thanks to Stefano who was always available.

Veniamo soprattutto il venerdì sera in estate. All’arrivo si prova subito una bellissima sensazione di evasione. Sempre tutto curato, bello e in ordine. La cena è sempre buona. La musica dal vivo decisamente apprezzabile. Relax sotto alle stelle a bordo piscina.

We chose this location for our daughter's graduation party and we were very happy with it. The exterior surrounded by greenery with swimming pool is very well looked after. The service was professional and attentive throughout the dinner. The dishes offered were greatly appreciated by all the guests. Excellent value for money, we definitely recommend it for all events

Structure located in the hills between Narni and San Gemini, very well maintained and tastefully furnished. Very convenient from the motorway, it proved to be an absolutely perfect intermediate stop. Spacious and very clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff and the possibility of eating in the facility. Very well-kept padel courts, large swimming pool, but a little dated and very crowded upon our arrival, making it less than inviting to use. Very quiet place and, important for me, the possibility of making the room completely dark. Breakfast in the room with good quality local products, left on site the day before.

We stayed for one night in this lovely estate. Initially there was a problem with the booking, our confirmation email had ended up in the anti-spam folder and they hadn't taken our room into account, but thanks to the seriousness and professionalism of the facility manager they resolved the problem promptly. The place is truly wonderful, surrounded by greenery and the Umbrian countryside but not far from the center of Narni which makes it an essential choice if you intend to travel around that area. Our room was very large and complete with all amenities. A special thank you goes to the manager of the facility, who despite the lack of staff due to indisposition, demonstrated excellent organizational skills both towards the guests of the rooms and the swimming pool, and pampered us the entire time, also proving to be a truly affable and friendly person. friendly. We didn't manage to try the restaurant but we are sure that it will be of the same level of the experience we had, one more reason to return to the Marchesi Fezia estate and enjoy the splendid treatment they reserved for us!

Pur essendo del luogo, non conoscevo questo agriturismo / ristorante che si è rivelato una molto piacevole scoperta. Ambiente molto curato a atmosfera elegante nel verde dell’Umbria. Piatti ricercati e curati che si combinano con la tradizione ternana, ottimi la tartare, i pici al piccione e la picanha allo spiedo. Professionalità e gentilezza accompagnate da attenzione ai dettagli da parte del personale contribuiscono senz’altro ad alzare ulteriormente il livello di questo locale. Sicuramente da tornare o da visitare se ci si trova nel ternano.
