The beautiful and well-kept location, surrounded by the greenery of Palombara, has several rooms and options for events, in addition to the restaurant and rooms. The highlight is the exceptional cuisine, with seasonal, top-quality ingredients prepared with skill and care! Perfect organization and always helpful staff, super satisfied ☺️

We celebrated a baptism here, and it couldn't have been a better choice. The staff was truly competent, organized, and friendly, and despite the many guests with so many different needs, they didn't put a foot wrong.
The location is stunning; unfortunately, it was raining and I didn't have a chance to explore, but the view from my table was truly beautiful. The food was quality: I'm a vegetarian and I ate only good, elaborate dishes, with top-quality ingredients, without compromising on the omnivorous menu. I can't wait to return. Congratulations again, and thank you!

Tenuta La Salvia was the perfect setting for our daughter Vittoria's baptism. The food was delicious and of the highest quality; the local dishes prepared with care and passion won us all over. For this, I want to thank the chefs immensely!
A special thanks goes to Domenico, who helped us organize every detail with professionalism and kindness. His availability and thoughtfulness made everything easier and more enjoyable.
The waiters were incredibly kind, from the first to the last; every time a bottle of water was just under half full, they took it away and refilled it.
It's a unique place, perfect for a special event!
I want to thank all the staff who participated and made our party unforgettable.

The menu is excellent, both rustic and refined, all set against a breathtaking backdrop of greenery and authentic olive groves. Highly recommended. For weekends, reservations are required at least a month in advance.

I celebrated my daughter's baptism at the Tenuta, with 60 people with various intolerances and special needs.
In addition to fully meeting all our needs, the service was precise and perfect. All the dishes were delicious, and the wait staff exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend it and we'll be back soon!

A charming place in Sabina! Truly scenic and perfect for ceremonies. I was here last Sunday and the food was delicious (I had seconds several times). The service was excellent: the waiters were quick, knowledgeable, and very professional.

We returned to this beautiful place and, as always, found a peaceful, family-like atmosphere. Everyone here is always friendly, from the waiters (very professional) to the kitchen staff (excellent food, beautifully cooked), and the owners, who are always friendly.
I recommend trying it to savor the authentic flavors of Sabina.
