The place is very characteristic, immersed in the Sabine countryside, with particular attention to detail and cleanliness. The staff is kind yet very professional, always supported by the sweet owner, who is always present. The manager, Domenico, is the jewel in the crown, helpful and thoughtful. I don't know what kind of magic they work in the kitchen, but compliments aren't enough. If I could give more stars, I would.

We celebrated our wedding in this splendid location on October 4th, and if we could get married again, I would choose Tenuta la Salvia again and again. Everything was magnificent; they exceeded my every expectation, and I can assure you, my expectations were very, very high! A beautiful and perfectly decorated location, excellent food, impeccable service, precise and fast, just as we requested. Everything was meticulously planned. Congratulations, they truly made our day unforgettable. Heartfelt thanks to Antonio (the chef), Domenico (the restaurant manager), and also to all the staff. I'd thank them individually, but I don't remember their names!

There are no words to describe Tenuta La Salvia. It's a true corner of paradise. And it's not just the spectacular location or the excellent cuisine (authentic, everything homemade, zero-mile products), Tenuta La Salvia is a place that stays in your heart, an indelible memory for an important event. Today, weeks later, the guests at our wedding reception still thank us and shower us with compliments. There's a name that makes Tenuta La Salvia a truly magical place, and that person is Domenico. A professional with a noble soul, always available, punctual, attentive to every need. From our first meeting, we knew that by entrusting ourselves to him, everything would be perfect. On the day of the event, we were looked after by the exceptional Maître d', Antonio, who made us feel safe and accompanied every moment of the day. I'd like to applaud the owner, a lady who you wouldn't believe she is, for her profound humility. Her dedication to the estate is a warm and loving presence. The impeccable welcome even my makeup artist received upon her arrival was significant. She told me that in a thousand villas she's worked at, she's never encountered such generosity and kindness. We will be forever grateful to Tenuta la Salvia and to Domenico, its cornerstone.

We celebrated my son's first communion at the Tenuta, and I must say, right from the conversation, Mr. Domenico was incredibly kind and never turned down our requests. Then, on the day of the lunch, he made himself completely available. The lunch, of course, went perfectly!!! I highly recommend it, for the location, the food, and the service!

We found Tanuta la Salvia on Matrimonio.com and booked an initial meeting. We loved it; it was beautifully appointed, with fairy lights and a fountain—everything added a delightful and magical touch. The stunning, intimate rooms inside allowed for eye contact with all the guests. Some of our guests, and we, the newlyweds, stayed in the country-style rooms available at the Tenuta. Domenico was immediately available, Eleonora was clear and orderly in managing the rooms and was extremely attentive during the ceremony, as were all the other staff members. Antonio was extremely kind in welcoming us to the Tenuta. All the guests were impressed by the venue and the quality of the food (the ravioli and lamb were the highlights). I highly recommend it; it was a very positive experience, from every perspective.
