I was a guest of the estate a few days ago on the occasion of a Communion and Confirmation event. Excellent food, exquisite and abundant. Top service, always available. You can enjoy a view that is good for the eyes and the heart. The company completed the splendid sunny day. TOP

Amazing location, very professional and kind staff. The food is amazing and the gluten free one is so good that you can't taste any difference from the gluten one.

Abbiamo appena conclusa la comunione di nostra figlia Giulia. Che dire, cibo buonissimo, location fantastica e organizzazione impeccabile e super e personale molto attento ad ogni esigenza. Ho ricevuto da parte di tutti gli invitati moltissimi complimenti. Consiglio fortemente questa location per festeggiare i vostri momenti più belli. Ringrazio particolarmente il Sig. Domenico per la sua pazienza, gentilezza e cortesia. Avevo delle aspettative, ma le avete superate di gran lunga. Grazie a tutti voi che avete reso questa giornata una favola. Tutti super. Vi portiamo nel nostro cuore e non vediamo l’ora di Rivedervi presto grazie veramente grazie

Comunione di nostra figlia 04 maggio 2025. Servizio al top camerieri molto carini e attenti alle esigenze degli invitati. Cibo ottimo di qualità e anche le porzioni abbondanti con bis compreso. Location meravigliosa una perla nel cuore della Sabina, effetto "wow" assicurato. Ospiti soddisfattissimi. Domenico padrone di casa ineccepibile e accomodante sempre sul pezzo cercando di accontentare al meglio i suoi clienti. Grazie per aver fatto da cornice ad un altra pagina della nostra vita. We celebrated communion on May 1st at Tenuta La Salvia, and it was a wonderful experience from every point of view. The location is simply enchanting: with attention to every detail, elegant but welcoming, immersed in a serene and refined atmosphere. The cooking was a real delight. Dishes prepared with taste, quality ingredients and authentic flavors that have won over all our guests, from the oldest to the youngest. Special thanks go to the waiters, professional, attentive and always courteous. They were able to accompany every moment of lunch with discretion and kindness, helping to make the day even more special. And we cannot fail to mention Domenico, a person of great professionalism and extraordinary humanity. His presence was fundamental: he made us feel welcomed, listened to and looked after in every detail with care and passion. At Tenuta La Salvia we found not only a beautiful place to celebrate, but also wonderful people who made us experience a day that we will carry in our hearts. Giorgio and Catia

I went to this farmhouse with friends and I must say that we ate very well for very little money. From appetizers to dessert everything was very good. The service is impeccable, they change your water when it's finished without asking as soon as they see that the bottle is empty. I will definitely return. There is also ample parking for the car. Overall, very satisfied.

16/04/2025: I only now realize that I have never reviewed Simone's place.... perhaps because you feel so comfortable there that it's as if you feel at home. Very well-kept place, amazing wine cellar and raw materials of unquestionable quality. Each dish or glass is carefully explained to you and recommended with the right wine. The passion that Simone has for wines is passed on to the diners and makes you appreciate everything even better. The staff is always courteous and prepared, always available and attentive. The lord of Porcini mushrooms is here, when they are found they are always fresh and prepared in various ways. The meats, the jewel in the crown, are brought to the table with the stone to finish cooking to your liking, combined with particular salts and oils. My daughter doesn't like to eat meat, ... when she feels like it she tells me to call Simone and he'll take care of it.... and here she can even eat tartare.. The delicious desserts. Prices, for the quality offered and the service, excellent. I highly recommend the prive', for a special evening.
