An oasis of authenticity and flavors in the heart of Calabria Tenuta Contessa is much more than a simple farm resort: it is an authentic and lively experience that envelops you from the first moment. We were warmly welcomed. Our stay on a motorbike with another couple was made unforgettable by several gems that this estate carefully preserves. Starting with the wine therapy massage was a real wellness ritual that regenerated body and mind, leaving us with a pleasant feeling of relaxation and vitality. Dinner was an explosion of authentic flavors, thanks to the mastery and passion of Chef Pietro Parisi. Each dish spoke of the richness of the Calabrian territory, a culinary moment that will remain etched in our memory. Breakfast confirmed the excellence of the estate, with homemade biscuits and yogurt that released a genuine and delicious flavor. A special thanks goes to Silvio at the reception, whose availability and welcome made us feel good. His precious advice for our next stop on the motorcycle trip was much appreciated. We noticed that the estate is being expanded, and despite the work in progress, we can already feel the beauty and potential of this place. We imagine the final result and we can only foresee an even brighter future for the Contessa estate

I had the pleasure of spending Easter Monday at the restaurant of this property together with my partner and my adorable dog and we were treated impeccably!! The location is elegant, quiet as it is immersed in the quiet of the hills of Montalto Uffugo, but at the same time the menu tells of the authenticity and simplicity of the Calabrian territory: delicious, abundant courses, made with local ingredients but which also "wink" at those gourmet presentations that reflect the modernity of current times. Polite, attentive and courteous service at very affordable prices!! Thank you all for making my holiday a wonderful day that I will never forget!

Tenuta immersa nel verde dove domina un grande vigneto . Stanze spaziose e pulitissime , adatte a chi alloggia con bambini. Cucina buona con un impronta napoletana che si fonde con i sapori della Calabria . Location bellissima , si presta bene anche alla celebrazione di eventi . Personale gentile soprattutto il signor Vincenzo alla reception.

Tenuta Contessa is simply wonderful! A corner of paradise surrounded by nature, with attention to the smallest details, where every element contributes to creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to the beauty of the place is perceived in every corner, from the elegant interior spaces to the perfectly maintained gardens. I went to this wonderful place surrounded by nature 😍 to enjoy some relaxation with my boyfriend and get away from all the chaos of the city... we opted for the wellness program and then to have lunch there!! What can I say, I highly recommend it, you will feel better 🔝

Enchanting place. Top welcome. Excellent cuisine. Impeccable service. I had lunch at the Tenuta and was deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine (the presentation of the dishes is also beautiful) and the impeccable service. The staff is attentive, kind and competent. The place is literally immersed in nature, far from the chaos of the city which makes it even more unique. The cleanliness of the premises immediately catches the eye (top). I had the opportunity to see the Spa premises: very clean and welcoming. The Spa is perfect for those who want to carve out an intimate moment of relaxation in which privacy is also guaranteed. (The wine therapy area is top, I believe it is unique in the area. I can't wait to come back to try it!) It is also possible to stay overnight and the rooms are also worth it 😀 Rating 5.

Mientras estábamos sentados disfrutando de una copa de Prosecco en nuestro gran balcón privado viendo la puesta de sol sobre las ondulantes colinas de Calabria conocidas como las "Montañas Sila" me sorprendió lo mucho que me recordó a vistas similares en Toscana o Umbría. Un vistazo a nuestra factura de alojamiento o comida me recordaría rápida y agradablemente que encontramos un lugar realmente especial que no muchos viajeros saben que existe. Fue la parada perfecta en nuestro largo viaje de regreso de Sicilia a Roma para nuestro vuelo a casa. Disfrutamos de una comida realmente increíble en su hermoso patio y nos encantó aprender sobre todos los ingredientes producidos localmente. Muy recomendable. Espero volver pronto!
