Beautiful farmhouse on the hill with adjoining restaurant, last night entertainment concert with music by Vivaldi, Albinoni, Casavatore and Morricone, final entertainment with wines of their production

I went to this place for a friends wedding. Beautiful location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good food. The beautiful sunny day helped make everything perfect, but in case of rain, the dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view! The facility also has rooms but I didn't use them.

Good morning, we went to the tavern La Via del Sale at Easter. It was a nice experience, friendly staff, very good dishes (without taking anything away from the rest), superlative plins in the old tradition. Have a good time

Siamo stati a tenuta carretta per la degustazione di vino e abbiamo scelto il percorso “nebbiolando”. L’accoglienza è stata eccezionale, soprattutto grazie a Valentina, la ragazza che ci ha poi accompagnato per tutto il percorso. Super preparata, gentile, disposta e simpatica! Grazie mille! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

27/08/2024: A magical place, a restaurant that you don't expect to find in a small mountain village! From the location to the dishes. A location that blends the typical style of the Varaita valley and design elements, giving a unique atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. The dishes then, all delicious and plentiful, fair value for money. Try the fried “Mel” tomino, a real pleasure for the palate! Highly recommended, can't wait to go back!!
