A somewhat hidden trattoria in Cantiano, but one of our customers, who is quite demanding, recommended it to us. The atmosphere is pleasant yet simple, without too many frills. Excellent food—I recommend the local specialties—cooked by the co-owner, who, along with her husband, manages quality, timing, and customer service impeccably. Nothing to complain about; I struggle to find a single point or suggestion for improvement. My compliments, truly.

Wij waren op vakantie in de Marche. Vrienden van ons zaten dezelfde tijd in Umbrië. Wij hebben elkaar voor de lunch halverwege ontmoet in Cantiano en toevallig viel de keuze op restaurant Tenetra. Aan de buitenkant zie je niet dat het binnen gezellig toeven is. De ontvangst van de eigenaar is hartverwarmend. De spijskaart is verrassend, maar je kunt beter even luisteren wat de eigenaar buiten de kaart nog meer in de aanbieding heeft. Je zit midden in het land van de truffel, dus, als je daarvan houdt, kies voor een heerlijke primi platti met truffel. Verrukkelijk. De Patta negra, het konijn en de tagliata die volgden waren super. Alles vergezeld door een heerlijke verdicchio uit de streek. Koffie en een klein nagerecht werden gratis geserveerd. Kortom, een aanrader. Rijd er rustig voor om!!

Un posticino nascosto in un piccolo paesino delle Marche dove trovare ospitalità e ottima cucina. Consigliatissimo , torneremo sicuramente.
