Passing through Cantiano on our way back from holidays we came across this typical place with excellent reviews. Pleasantly impressed we confirm everything read, owner and waitress very hospitable and prepared. We ate ravioli with courgette cream, courgettes and sausage as well as tagliatelle with grandmother's ragù; excellent and genuine first courses, I recommend stopping if you are nearby.

The Tenetra restaurant was truly a discovery, we went for lunch after an excursion on the Catria and luckily it welcomed us even without a reservation. Really friendly service, he warned us that there would be a bit of a wait for the sliced ​​patanegra (exaggerating, 20 minutes? We're talking about nothing) and he felt like offering us some bruschetta with new oil to fill the short wait . Very tender and tasty Patanegra, horse stew with wonderful purée. Found by chance on a road detour, the restaurant is small and welcoming. Tasty food and Angelo was super nice. Everything was delicious, from the first courses to the dessert. The sour cherry wine is exceptional. We will come back for sure

The host is wonderful, making sure you are happily enjoying your meal. The food is absolutely delicious, not overly complex but very, very good. Order a bottle of the restaurant’s house wine. A nice merlot that’s a great match with most of the menu offerings. In all, a really great place for lunch or dinner!

Causa traffico intenso abbiamo deciso di cambiare strada, passando da Cantiano decidiamo di fermarci in questa osteria sulla strada spinti dalle buone recensioni. Confermo tutto e posso solo dire che è stata davvero una bella scoperta, abbiamo mangiato ravioletti con crema di zucchine, zucchine salsiccia e fiori di zucca favolosi e una tagliatelle con il ragù della nonna. Davvero tutto molto buono, cordiali e ospitali. Per chi passa di qui è un ottimo posto.
