The pastas were sublime and just a little different from the standard pastas in Italy, which you can get as well, by the way. Angelo is a fantastic host.

Very honest, delicious Italian cuisine. You can taste what you ordered. In addition to the menu, there is a whole list of suggestions. Always open for lunch, but not always for dinner. Reservations are recommended.

Magnificent menu. Very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming staff. Carefully prepared dishes, enhanced by local ingredients. We had green tagliatelle with mushrooms, gnocchi with goose ragù, slow-cooked veal rib, and Cantiano black cherry cheesecake. The food is divine... divine. A 10 out of 10!

Excellent restaurant. We met with a group of friends for lunch to enjoy a game menu. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent and the menu was good. Recommended.

Welcoming and warm atmosphere Excellent and unique appetizers (hot and cold), as well as tortellini in broth, grilled lamb, and tender horse stew! The dessert with Cantiano cherries is worth it... We were truly satisfied, even with the prices, and will definitely be back.

02/06/2026: Very nice, family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent food at a good price. We had meat, but the pizza looked inviting too. A little out of the way, but worth a visit because it's truly a surprise.
12/05/2026: On my way back from a trip, I happened upon this restaurant on a Monday evening and... To cut a long story short... go! Everything was perfect! The welcome, the atmosphere, and the food—it would be a shame not to try it!!! Thank you for making my day!

Locanda la Rocca

04/08/2026: We used the Locanda only as a restaurant, not as a hotel. However, the location is stunning, surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. It's surrounded by the old Malatesta village with its walls, little church, well, ice house, etc. At the restaurant, you can choose between tasting menus (both classic and vegetarian) and the various dishes offered on the menu. We opted for the tasting menu. Everything was very well prepared, the ingredients were excellent. The portions were adequate. Expectations were high, the result was good, but not wow-worthy. Personally, I didn't like the maritozzo appetizer filled with potato cream...it was all a bit too dry. The starters were delicious, a real treat.
