Amazing find with a very interesting menu. Pasta with beetroot, creative hummus and parmegana in squid..a couplw recommendations, egg dish was not as crispy as described and mushroom needed a little less frying to save the taste.

Very relaxing atmosphere, top-quality dishes, well-cooked and never boring. The best thing is the option to choose between a tasting, at half price, or a full portion. So I was able to try several dishes, each one better than the last. The staff was kind and attentive. The tiramisu was spectacular. I will definitely be back.

We had dinner and loved it! Very tasty food, the staff is really friendly and the atmosphere was cosy. Definitively a good place to go in Prati!

The pasta is incredible, although the starters and desserts are a bit more expensive. It's true that the price is a bit high, but you can find equally good pasta for less.

02/09/2025: I went to dinner with friends at this outdoor venue and immediately found the atmosphere wonderful. There's a super trendy pink sandwich van where the girls prepare fantastic sandwiches! There are tables and chairs under gazebos with lights and a lawn; even the kids have fun here! We tried some fantastic, delicious burgers, of which I've attached a photo! In my opinion, the sandwiches are truly high-quality! I highly recommend them.
23/08/2025: We tried their sandwiches out of curiosity and were completely satisfied. Excellent value for money. Very nice and friendly place. Excellent service. The place is run by a super friendly family. We'll definitely be back!

11/12/2025: We chose the 5-course tasting menu at the counter, and it was simply excellent. The cheese pasta, in particular, stands out ! The atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and warm, and the counter service offers an even more immersive and personal experience. One little downside though: dessert isn’t included in the 5-course meal. It would be nice if it were mentioned upfront or maybe added to the tasting menu. Retrobottega is undoubtedly a place I would recommend to anyone who loves refined cuisine in Rome.
11/12/2025: The Katsusando is the best celery dish ai have had so far (including my michelin experiences too) their wine list is amazing. The food is fantastic and the music is super cool. (A little too fast but it gives the cool vibe to the place.) Definitely this place is worth trying!
