Tavernetta San Maurizio In Venezia

We came for dinner and booked through The Fork. Prices were average for Venice. The staff was very friendly. The fish was fresh. The dishes were okay, the mixed seafood appetizer was good, and the spaghetti was also good, but the sauce seemed more like a simple sauce than a fish one. The polenta was slightly burned, which left an unpleasant taste.

Even when I went to a good restaurant, it wasn't that good+ I promised myself that I wouldn't eat pasta because it was so salty. Today is my last day in Italy. Since it was my last day, I decided to eat Western food and this restaurant's pasta is really the best. The food is not salty and really special. The crab meat pasta is really savory and the crab meat is soft and goes well with it. I was disappointed a lot with the lobster pasta in Rome because it smelled fishy, ​​but this place is really the best. I really wanted to try burrata pasta, but the burrata is rich and the pistachio cream sauce is a special sauce that you can't find in Korea, so you should definitely try it. It's really really delicious, but it can be greasy, so it's good to order it with a balance. This is a place where even the bread before the meal is delicious. I want to come back in the evening too, but I don't know what will happen with my schedule ㅠㅠ Thank you for giving me good memories with good food on my last day in Italy.

WOW!!!!! We didn't know where to eat and we decided to get inspired and we ended up at the tavernetta San Maurizio and what a wonderful discovery!! They asked us if we wanted to sit inside or outside and we chose the outside tables, in a quiet little square perfect for enjoying a dinner as a couple or with the family. The waiter who waited for us Nikolai was simply perfect: friendly, professional and kind! We had two pasta dishes: Spaghetti alla busara and paccheri allá tavernetta, both with fish, tasty, fresh and good (very fresh fish!) and to finish we shared a nice fried fish. Wow. Everything was simply perfect! Well done guys!

Outstanding service and food. Best paccheri I’ve eaten in ages, and the deserts were incredible as well. Authentic Italian tavern with superb staff. Not to be missed in your walks around Venice.

De ambiente local y con terraza exterior, en este restaurante pueden probar típicos platos de la cocina veneciana con una buena relación calidad precio. Optamos por un entrante de Baccalà mantecato y seguimos con la fritura de frutos de mar. Un blanco del Véneto y buen café. Muy recomendable.
