If you come here you won’t be disappointed. There is a nice view from the balcony but it is expensive for what you get.

A wonderful little restaurant with a nice terrace overlooking the rolling hills. We had the pici al ragù chianina and carbonara. Both were awesome in taste and presentation. The house wine is a lovely chianti which went very well with the pasta. The service is quick and super nice. We will come back again for sure the next time we are in Tuscany.

The place acted like they wanted to be a 5 star restaurant, but the staff was confused and the manager did most of the work. The pasta was bland and I have had a much better steak at other restaurants in Tuscany. I walked away feeling I overpaid for my dining experience.

Tried it this lunchtime with family... the service is okay, the decor is pretty, but if you can eat on the terrace with the beautiful view, it's a plus. Very good homemade bread at the table (which is quite rare in Italy). I admit we were disappointed with the rest: the truffles had literally no flavor, the carbonara pasta was average, and overall, all the dishes were way too salty... a shame because you can tell they were made with local products! It's not bad, but it could be much better. Otherwise, the prices and portions are okay; nothing to complain about there!

Un jueves por la noche sin reserva y tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa para 2 . Sentados cerca de la ventana con vistas al campo rodante era idílico y nos conformamos con una cena fantástica con productos de origen local 🫶🏻 El Pan de Vino Tinto fue particularmente intrigante y sabroso y fue bien con nuestros entrantes. Los platos principales (Sirloin Steak & Duck) eran increíbles en sabor y sabor. Sin espacio para postres y algunas cervezas geniales para acompañar nuestra comida, tuvimos la experiencia gastronómica más maravillosa. Solo puedo recomendar encarecidamente si estás en la zona inmediata y solo le gustaría terminar con lo increíble y servicial que era el personal de espera 🙏🏻

Bellissimo ristorante nel centro del paese, un palazzo storico che ospita anche una meravigliosa cantina. Personale molto professionale. Piatti molto buoni e curati Lo consiglio sicuramente.

03/07/2025: Big disappointment with Bitteca Fiorentina....we couldn't eat it. Not what we expected for the price and setup of the restaurant.
11/06/2025: Very nice place given its secluded location but practically adjacent to the main street of Montepulciano. The service was excellent, both father and son are very prepared and helpful and made the evening very pleasant and light. We liked the food in general, we would have preferred slightly more abundant and tasty portions in some cases, but in any case the evening was pleasant and I recommend it. Prices in the average of Montepulciano
