I ate very well. The waiters were kind and helpful. I had zucchini flowers as an appetizer and pigeon as a main course!
Both were delicious!!!

A most enjoyable time in a peaceful, quality establishment. Magnificent terrace and lovely views of the Tuscan countryside. Charming welcome, excellent cuisine. Carbonara, truffle ravioli, and famous desserts too. Castellina is a charming village. Well worth the stop.

A pleasant tavern-restaurant nestled in the Tuscan hills.
The restaurant, located in the center of the small village of Castellina in Chianti, captivates with its rustic and welcoming style.
It is connected to the winery and the shop selling their wines and food.
As for dinner, once we were shown to our table, they served a small welcome drink, entirely prepared by them. The various types of bread are always homemade.
We were completely satisfied with the first and second courses we chose, as was the dessert of wine-flavored gelato, which was truly unique.
The quality is definitely there, but it's a bit pricey.
The service is a bit slow.
Overall, a satisfying evening.

Un jueves por la noche sin reserva y tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa para 2 .
Sentados cerca de la ventana con vistas al campo rodante era idílico y nos conformamos con una cena fantástica con productos de origen local 🫶🏻
El Pan de Vino Tinto fue particularmente intrigante y sabroso y fue bien con nuestros entrantes. Los platos principales (Sirloin Steak & Duck) eran increíbles en sabor y sabor. Sin espacio para postres y algunas cervezas geniales para acompañar nuestra comida, tuvimos la experiencia gastronómica más maravillosa. Solo puedo recomendar encarecidamente si estás en la zona inmediata y solo le gustaría terminar con lo increíble y servicial que era el personal de espera 🙏🏻
