Nel centro storico di Salerno c'è questo ristorante molto bello e ben curato, si vede subito che è stato ricavato da una vecchia chiesa sconsacrata. La cantina è particolarmente ricca e varia, con vini di tutte le regioni italiane, peccato che per la Calabria la selezione è ridotta al minimo. Non abbiamo ordinato primi siccome era era ed abbiamo optato per un antipasto, un'ottima parmigiana, e, sebbene nel menu fosse presente anche il pesce, due secondi di carne, uno di maialino e l'altro agnello, che avrei apprezzato di più se fosse stato ancora più cotto. Buono anche il tiramisù alla strega. Nel complesso buono. Da provare assolutamente.

Nuestros amigos de Richmond, BC habían visitado este restaurante en mayo y nos dijeron que definitivamente necesitamos cenar allí. Llegamos al restaurante y nos trataron como a la realeza. Nos sentamos y una bebida de bienvenida de vino espumoso de cortesía fue llevada a nuestra mesa. Luego trajeron a la mesa pan italiano recién hecho con aceite de oliva y glaseado balsámico. Se tomaron pedidos de bebidas y mi botella de cerveza fue insertada en un bote para mantener la cerveza agradable y fría. Tomaron nuestro pedido de cena y las comidas fueron entregadas frescas y perfectamente cocinadas. El servicio y la comida eran cinco estrellas. El ambiente de cenar fuera era muy agradable. Recomendaría encarecidamente este restaurante a cualquiera, no te decepcionará.

19/01/2025: Today we had the pleasure of having lunch at the Agua restaurant, on the Bordighera seafront, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The environment is welcoming, serene and familiar, perfect for feeling at ease from the first moment. The food? Simply divine. Each dish was prepared with the freshest, top quality ingredients, crafted with care that was evident in every bite. It is clear that the cuisine is managed with passion and great attention to detail, transforming each course into a unique experience for the palate. Special praise goes to the impeccable service. The staff were friendly, attentive and always smiling, helping to make the meal even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place, impeccable, and the relaxed atmosphere complete the picture of a place that really knows how to pamper its guests. Finally, the value for money is absolutely proportionate to the extraordinary quality of the food and service. If you are looking for a restaurant where culinary excellence combines with a family atmosphere and impeccable service, Agua is the right place. We will definitely be back!
