Local, always-fresh ingredients help you savor the delicious dishes, from the starters, gricia and artichokes, or for vegetarians, cacio e pepe and chicory, to the main courses, tripe or saltimbocca, and side dishes like artichokes "alla giudia" (Jewish-style artichokes), fresh from the garden, finishing with unique desserts, like ricotta misu, which I tried with both coffee and myrtle liqueur. Top!

It was a real pleasure to discover typical Roman cuisine, the staff were friendly, the service quick…and the atmosphere comfortable…you absolutely have to try the Roman-style artichokes and the puntarelle!

I stumbled upon it by chance for the first time when I dropped my daughter off at Catholic University, and I've been there three times since. The staff is very friendly, and the food is excellent. Everything is delicious. The cacio e pepe is the best.

Ci sono stato qualche giorno fa ed oggi ci sono tornato perché ho trovato personale gentilissimo attento ma senza fronzoli che alla lunga ti infastidiscono. Cibo buonissimo cucinato al momento . Buona la carbonara le polpette ed ottimo il loro fritto. Porzioni giuste e conto da taverna .
