The hotel was excellent,the room came with aircon which proved to be invaluable, my only moen was,I had to pay €50 in cash (no receipt) before we were allowed to check in. Holiday tax.

Much better than other reservations say, it's old but super clean, comfortable and large bed, functional bathroom with free shampoo, air conditioning, refrigerator... it has everything you need, the hotel staff are very friendly and at reception they spoke to us in Spanish

Our experience was very good. We stayed in a fully renovated room for 4 people, more modern than the hotel's conventional rooms. The breakfast served its purpose well and the early morning attendant, who I believe is the manager (a man with glasses), is an extremely polite and attentive gentleman who helped us with everything we needed with a smile on his face. The issue of the stairs and elevator is something that, because Rome is ancient, is a bit complicated to change to modern elevators, but it didn't directly affect us.

We stayed at this hotel more than 10 years ago, and the room we had was completely renovated, with porcelain floors, a brand-new bathroom with a bidet, everything was beautiful. The beds were excellent. The staff was very friendly. The only downside is that the entrance has some steps, which is difficult for people with reduced mobility and even for those with heavy luggage.
The location isn't right in the city center, but there are plenty of buses that go everywhere, and it's a 10-minute walk from Termini.
Our experience was good.
