Taverna Paradiso In Castelraimondo

A classic trattoria in the Marche mountains. Wood finishes lend a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Exceptional home-cooked cuisine. The fresh pasta dishes, rigorously handmade, rekindle memories of "grandmother's cooking." Ingredients are generally high-quality and locally sourced. Maximum capacity is about 30, so reservations are recommended.

A tavern in a hamlet in the Marche hinterland, which I visited during the "Cameo dei Forti" (Walk of the Forts). I must admit, my expectations were more than met. The first course was delicious, and the second course was different from what I expected (rabbit in porchetta) but decidedly delicious. The cuisine is simple and appeals to the palate and the heart. The handywoman, Tiziana, welcomes you with courtesy and discretion. Excellent prices.

Excellent, authentic food, all locally sourced, excellent service, and a wonderful view from the restaurant's large windows. Highly recommended.

A typical mountain trattoria with authentic food, friendly service, and a quaint atmosphere. I had a wonderful appetizer, first course, and second course, all authentic and handmade on site. A must-visit.
