A typical mountain trattoria with authentic food, friendly service, and a quaint atmosphere. I had a wonderful appetizer, first course, and second course, all authentic and handmade on site. A must-visit.

Trattoria classica ed “eroica@ con la signora Tiziana ai fornelli in uno dei borghi più belli delle Marche più volte toccato dql terremoto ma fieramente ricostruito. Alimentari annesso come locale storico delle Marche. Pietanze semplici e casalinghe, senza aggiunte fiori contesto.

Una cena e una colazione che non dimenticheremo facilmente, grazie alla gentile e riservata accoglienza di Tiziana, che gestisce la Taverna e il negozio di alimentari. Ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. Alla Taverna Paradiso il tempo sembra rallentare, giusto per godersi ogni secondo dopo la prima tappa del Cammino dei Forti. A cena, abbiamo iniziato con un tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali che, già da solo, valeva il viaggio. Ma il vero colpo di genio? Le marmellatine artigianali: una sorprendente ai peperoni, l’altra una composta di frutti misti. Il contrasto dolce-salato era amabile. Tanta cura, in ogni aspetto. Anche il giorno dopo, la colazione ed il pranzo al sacco preparati da Tiziana sono stati un momento di piacere: genuini, preparata con lo stesso amore con cui si ospitano amici cari. Un luogo che incanta, una padrona di casa che lo rende ancora più speciale. Consigliatissimo.

Having happened by chance, we parked the camper in front of the restaurant and let ourselves be lulled by the handyman Tiziana...in the kitchen...in the dining room...at the bar...at the cash desk...magnificent appetizer with local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by fruit and pepper jams and the incredible fried gnocco...very tasty fried lamb, a little less so than the slightly tough grilled one...the trifle was excellent as was the house red piceno...fair price...we will definitely be back to try the first courses...

Sufficient opinion. I ate well. Maybe I wouldn't put the first course in a baking dish, personal judgement, after all I'm not at a wedding. I found the second courses better than the first courses It is neither cheap nor expensive, simply in line with many other places. Quiet environment and friendly staff The judgment is yours.
