Recommended by a local friend, an excellent choice. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Arnaldo guided us right from the start through the menu (special mention for the latter, which I forgot to photograph, but is very valuable for its uniqueness!), and then he paired it with an excellent red wine he produces, DODO. Since there were two of us, we took the opportunity to try the other's dishes, and we were not disappointed. The ribollita and the pastrami were definitely exceptional.
After concluding the evening with his crema catalana sbagliato, I can only give it 5 stars and promise to return.

I was on holiday from England amd my friend took me to Pane e Vino. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. Creative dishes such as poached egg in a cheesey sace covered in fresh white truffle as well as classics like antipasti and panna cotta. Lovely knowledgeable owner who spoke great English. Thank you guys

Very welcoming on entry, from the servers and from the feel of the place. LOTS of variety for the wine list, great flavours on the menu - we also enjoyed a pig cheek as a special of the day with pomegranate and caramelised onion, which complemented well. Exclusive mention to Arnauldo for making our experience special.

Excellent food, very kind and knowledgeable staff. Fantastic location, in the square of the theater and the MAEC museum.
Excellent, non-commercial cheese and cured meat platters, excellent ragù, excellent bocconcini and tartare.
Don't expect drinks or wifi, don't expect the classic crostini nero or tagliata.
Highly recommended!

A pleasant, accidental discovery. The food was all truly excellent, the dessert (warm cream with cat's tongues) superb, and the service efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but that's fine. We would have appreciated a menu with a few more classic dishes, but I'd definitely return.
