A wonderful discovery, stumbled upon purely by chance. A trattoria serving local and Sicilian dishes, excellent seafood, and excellent wine. The portions are generous, and the staff is attentive and extremely kind. Don't miss their first and second courses, including their seafood appetizers, where you'll also find an excellent caponata. We ordered two portions to take home, it was so good. The place is perfectly lit for a pleasant dinner, with warm lighting and furnishings that make you feel at home. Furthermore, the service is fast and attentive, and the quality/price ratio is truly excellent. We'll definitely be back when we return to Trieste ❤️

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, which specializes in Sicilian cuisine. We ate wonderfully, with spectacular caponata, incredible fish-based first courses, and superb desserts. I highly recommend going there and trying it for yourself; they're also on The Fork. The staff and owners are friendly. The place is tidy and clean.

A wonderful culinary experience for me when I ate my plate of spaghetti alle Sarde. My paternal grandmother (Sicilian) made it, and I hadn't eaten it in years. I rediscovered the flavors of my childhood.
Of course, with a cannolo to finish this chef's meal!
The server was excellent, and the decor was truly Italian.
I highly recommend it.

Siamo arrivati ed il primo impatto non è stato il massimo : abbiamo notato un po’ di confusione nel servizio ed abbiamo atteso un po’ prima di essere presi in considerazione per le ordinazioni …poi quando sono arrivati i piatti….una meraviglia . Bruschette così buone mai mangiate. Caponata sublime . Antipasti caldi e freddi eccezionali . Iper consigliato .

Un angolo di Sicilia nel cuore di Trieste che propone sapori mediterranei. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto le orecchiette con pesce spada, ciliegino e melanzane. Buoni anche i dolci (cannolo e cassata). Siamo rimasti invece un po’ delusi dalla quantità dell’antipasto misto caldo di pesce. Consiglio di utilizzare lo sconto The Fork perché i prezzi non sono proprio economici.
