Located just around the corner from the famous opera house, this restaurant was one recommended by the hotel owner who we stayed with. The food was absolutely amazing and the attention and friendliness of the staff made it a truly wonderful experience.

Had a fantastic time. The service was amazing. The beef tartar prepared in front of us was perfectly seasoned. The Towrtelli al tartufo Nero was light yet filling, when it comes you might think the portion is small, but it is absolutely perfect. The Filetto di mango al valpolicella was delicious, the paired potatoes were cooked to perfection. The wine sauce was exquisite. Paired with house red. Amazing. Carnival cake and tiramisu to top it all off and left with a huge smile on our faces. Thank you to, Laurice. An entertaining part of dinner. Would definitely recommend and return.

this restaurant has a sophisticated and elegant ambiance, with professional (if not particularly warm) service. for antipasti, we opted for the fried pumpkin flowers and vegetables which unfortunately is not worth the price. the zucchini was cut too thick, making it bland and unremarkable, and the pumpkin flowers lacked flavor. the tartar sauce, however, was the real star of the plate, it was rich and delicious. for our first courses, the ravioli was flavorful, though the truffle aroma was more of a whisper than a statement. the gnocchi turned out to be a single, oversized gnocco, which was a bit underwhelming in taste, though the mushrooms accompanying it were excellent. a small redemption came when the waiter surprised us with a traditional venetian carnival dessert (very delicious) that left a much better final impression. still, even given the prime location in the heart of venice, the pricing felt excessive: charging €7 for a small bottle of water is outrageous.

Excellent experience all the way! Very theatrical and romantic restaurant, excellent food and top service. Our waiter was very polite and friendly - he served us with a great sense of humour and everything he recommended was exceptional.

Si vous voulez un TRES bon dîner dans ce quartier San Marco, foncez ! Alors certes, ce n'est pas à la portée de toutes les bourses (les prix peuvent paraître élevés comparativement aux autres établissements "attrape touristes") mais la qualité des plats, du service et le cadre justifient ces tarifs. Les vins proposés s'accordent parfaitement aux plats choisis. Les assiettes proposées sont élégamment servies, et les mets préparés sont un régal. N'espérez pas y trouver les "classiques" pizzas et autres pâtes industrielles : testez plutôt le Petto d'anatra et le Fegato alla veneziana ! Pour le dessert, je vous suggère le millefeuille aux fraises (le biscuit est un délice) Et finissez par un verre dans les fauteuils club en terrasse Buon appetito !
