I have been to the Taverna Etrusca in Viterbo and I can say that it was a good experience. The starters were really excellent, with crunchy and tasty mixed fried vegetables, although I would have appreciated slightly larger portions for the starters. The real surprise was the kangaroo steak, cooked to perfection, tender and tasty, a truly special dish that is worth trying. The desserts were very good, sweet enough and well presented. The wine was good and paired perfectly with the dishes. Overall, it is a place that offers quality dishes and a pleasant experience.

Cibo buonissimo. Porzioni più che abbondanti. Personale gentile e cordiale. Ottimo tagliere di prodotti tipici ed i lombrichelli con funghi e nocciole tostate.

We had lunch here and had a great time, the staff is very welcoming and the place is really beautiful, with stone interiors. The food is exquisite, generous portions, the pizzas are sensational and very imaginative. We also recommend the homemade ice cream they offer, which is truly special! All highly recommended!

In a familiar location you are welcomed by the very kind staff who know how to advise you very well... I ate pasta and chickpeas like I hadn't eaten for years... a very good rabbit with olives and orange and an excellent homemade ice cream... my wife had chicken breast fried and breaded with mango sauce and potatoes my 2 friends who brought me lombrichelli with mushroom sauce and a steak that was butter... we went in hungry and left full... the bill was up to par situation..ci we will definitely return

27/01/2025: A place that has remained in my heart since the first time and has become a fixed destination for our lunches for more than a year. Sweet and friendly staff. The place doesn't have many tables and I recommend booking in advance because even just the journey from Rome is worth it. On nice days it is also possible to eat outside. The menu is always a surprise as the ingredients often change with the seasons. From personal experience I recommend focusing on the starters and first courses which I find truly exceptional. Even the desserts deserve a lot!!
01/12/2024: Very nice in December with the covers outside, but with the sun it's nice, unfortunately everything is in a hurry due to the traffic police issuing fines, the girl who brought the chickpea and chestnut soup making the broth come out of the plate!

20/01/2025: 20 January 25 rainy and gray day for a special occasion, so a trip on the lake suits us based on the reviews we choose the pirate, friendly and kind welcome we sit down but it is too hot I ask to be able to move to a cooler place without any problems they assign us another table. Vast menu that satisfies all palates. We choose the mixed starter to share, a delicacy and original flavours, I choose gnocchi with scampi, a generous portion and my husband tagliatelle with clams, a nice portion and excellent seasoning. A sorbet and a grappa offered by the pirate. So thanks for the hospitality, greetings to the two welcoming and professional girls, we were shown the dishes we were going to taste. Hello and good work
15/01/2025: We were welcomed very well by the owner Giulio, a person attentive to all the needs of his customers. I ate with my family and we were very happy with the quality/price ratio. The buccaneer appetizer and the cavatelli allo scoglio are highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
