Found via Google Maps. The reviews were positive, and I can confirm them. With a warm welcome, I enjoyed a delicious appetizer and excellent meat (kangaroo and buffalo).

A very nice and clean restaurant in Viterbo...very kind and friendly staff, impeccable service. The food is good quality and well-cooked, with generous portions. The value for money is a 9.

The meat is very good, as are the appetizers. The menu isn't very extensive, which is a good sign, as it even offers kangaroo meat! The service is quick.

A tavern...renovated in the decor and even a bit in the menu with meats that aren't exactly local! I tried the Etruscan pizza: good, as was the chicory-filled focaccia. But in Viterbo they do make sfogliata!

We stumbled upon it by chance, following a recommendation from a local from Viterbo to a small group of tourists. The pizza bianca with chicory and sausage was excellent, as was the chestnut soup. The atmosphere was elegant, the staff friendly, and the house wine was reasonably priced. I'd gladly return to try something else.
