Definitely more quantity than quality.
Abundant portions (well done!) But decidedly mediocre quality: beef piccata (cut) very tough and tasteless; tasteless chicken skewer.
Prices ok.
Too bad because the setting is correct but the quality needs to be improved!

on 16.04.2025 there are 4 of us doing this review: me, my mum, my dad (Vito, who booked in the name of resta vito) and my sister.
We ate (I attach what in the photo) very well, the flavors with traditional local products but revisited, the environment was very chic and modern (in terms of furnishings), perfect for "instagram stories" since they have notes of 90s/2000s aesthetics, the service of the two waitresses was excellent, fast but attentive, in short I wouldn't change anything: neither the approach to the customer nor the food nor the restaurant

We discovered this restaurant following advice we read in a newspaper.
It is located about ten minutes from the airport in a place that makes you feel peace inside and out. The view is wonderful. Green, green, green.
The restaurant has well-arranged open spaces especially for the summer months.
The interior is very nice. Rustic but not heavy, on the contrary.
We took a "mixed platter from the tavern", consisting of a sampling of all types of appetizers, from cured meats to croutons, black beans with sausages, focaccias, hot croutons, mushroom pie with parmesan and truffle cream, Angus meatballs, puff pastry strudel and much more. We moved on to the first ones:
I had the sagrantino umbricelli with bacon and smoked provola
My husband fettuccine with wild boar ragù.
Both dishes were exceptional and plentiful!
We consumed two bottles of water.
Excellent price for quality and above all quantity.
Very kind staff.
A mole? Lack of wifi
I recommend that you come with a large and empty stomach because it is plentiful and truly excellent.

Indecisi per i pareri contrastanti abbiamo alla fine prenotato, 3 carni speciali: due piccate con sale grosso ed 1 con crema di funghi una bottiglia di vino 3 dolci 2 caffè ed un acqua naturale euro 93.00 . Ottima la qualità della carne per taglio cottura ed anche quantità, buoni anche i cantucci con gocce di cioccolato. Menzione speciale per il servizio delle cameriere carine che nonostante la giovane età hanno dimostrato di sapere gestire bene le sale ed i numerosi clienti presenti, su tutte Arakne la cameriera marocchina che ci ha presentato il fuori menu e si è presa cura di noi per tutta la serata. Complimenti alla brigata ed allo staff. Unico suggerimento, cambiare forse la miscela del caffè lo potrebbero rendere più gustoso!

Anche quest’anno non potevamo non cenare in questo ristorante che si conferma una buona scelta, menù che varia in base alla stagionalità dei prodotti, porzioni che come sempre non si smentiscono dal momento che sono extra, da provare il tortino di cipolle e formaggio, il risotto con le castagne ed radicchio, ma soprattutto i dolci veramente invitanti, ottimo il tiramisù e lo strudel. Ottima la proposta di vini. Se si desidera prenotare una cena è indispensabile prenotare altrimenti sarò impossibile sedersi a cena. La location è suggestiva con il camino acceso ed un atmosfera particolare.
