Taverna dell'800 In Sorrento

Sono stata a pranzo in questo ristorante, ieri,di Domenica. Ambiente tranquillo e accoglienza cordiale. Piatti saporiti e ben fatti. Non ho fatto foto da poter mostrare ma consiglio vivamente una visita. Noi abbiamo preso un antipasto di mare, gli gnocchi e gli scialatielli ai frutti di mare. Tutto buonissimo. Anche i calici di vino bianco da loro suggerito.

Our evening at the Taverna dell'800 restaurant in Sorrento was a wonderful end to a wonderful day. Antonio and his colleagues are restaurateurs with heart and soul, and that was evident throughout the evening. They made everything possible so that we could get a seat in the full restaurant. They were very attentive, friendly and always open to a little chat, which made us feel very welcome. We ate a main course and a dessert. The food was high quality, delicious and to the point. Again, we felt like it was made with love and we could taste that ingredient. The prices are comparable to the prices in other restaurants that we had visited in the surrounding area the days before. From the bottom of my heart, mille grazie for this special evening 🙏🏻

Mille gracie Antonio!!! The restaurant is tip top! The food is excellent at a fair price. And the service was fantastic. You rarely experience someone so helpful and friendly. Very good value for money. It was my second time there, the first time 2 years ago, and I was thrilled again. I'll be back. You sit beautifully, set back from all the hustle and bustle. Plus the portions are big for Sorrento. I don't understand the mediocre reviews at all.

The Sorrento gnocchi are excellent

What a great find in Sorrento we had dinner here tonight and we’re not disappointed. I had the bruschetta to start followed by Scialatielli alla Pescadore as my main, this was without doubt the best seafood pasta I have ever eaten. My wife chose the parmigiana followed by the Gnocco and was delighted with her choices. Great service and a lovely atmosphere good value for money will definitely be back again before we leave Sorrento.

If you want food, Italy and experience on a plate and the atmosphere of Italy. Then you should go to Taverna Dell 800. Such a fantastic experience that we had to go back again and again. You MUST go here if you really want to experience heaven on earth!!

One of the best meals I’ve had in Italy so far. Pasta was top notch, calamari better than I’ve ever had, and the service was PHENOMENAL. Factoring in the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere, I really can’t imagine a better value
