Fast friendly and efficient service! Carbonara and seafood plate were both great. Would recommend for a quick, easy and quality lunch or dinner.

We went here on our first night in Sorrento. I had a grilled sea mix, which was very fresh and my girlfriend had gnocchi gorgonzola. Both plates where amazing. The staff was welcoming, and the food came out fast. We sat outside in the street. The ambient is very nice and you can talk without problem. The prices where also very good. We super recommend it if you want to eat good Italian food for a good price.

Fairly decent restaurant, nice atmosphere and good prices. Food was adequate, although the pesto pasta was a heavy creamy pasta, which wasn’t clear from the menu description (English). It was nice but very sickly after eating the full portion.

We were welcomed by Antonio as if we were old friends. What can I say? Genuineness, kindness, and friendliness accompanied an excellent dinner served with care and professionalism. La Taverna dell'800 was a wonderful discovery, definitely recommended for lunch or dinner in Sorrento.

We ate here for dinner last night and it was amazing. I had the pesto penne and my partner had the carbonara and they were both amazing! We shared ham and melon for starter which was gorgeous too. The best carbonara we have ever tasted!

We came across this restaurant and decided to try it. We were grateful that we could find options for my picky daughter and the rest of my family. Food and wine were excellent. We had spaghetti and meatballs, breaded cutlets and hamburger panino. Service was friendly and quick. Prices were reasonable. We will come back again. This restaurant was the best we had in sorrento that week.

10/10/2025: My husband and I had dinner at Terrazza Calabritto restaurant in Naples, and it was a truly special experience. We chose to sit on the terrace, with a view that provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. The restaurant has been tastefully renovated: elegant yet not cold, refined yet welcoming, every detail exudes care and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire dining room team, especially Andrea and Lorenzo, who immediately made us feel at ease, as if we were special guests. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, but never intrusive. And what about the food? The spider crab was simply exceptional, the best I've ever eaten, incredibly fresh and prepared to enhance every flavor without ever overpowering it. The high quality of the ingredients and the great expertise in the kitchen are clearly evident. Every dish we tasted was a mini-journey through the flavors of the sea, with meticulous presentation and well-balanced portions. It's rare to find a restaurant where everything—ambience, service, cuisine—comes together so harmoniously, offering a complete and authentic experience. We'll definitely be back, because places like this deserve to be experienced multiple times.
22/09/2025: I recommend the spider crab dish. One of the best crab dishes I've ever eaten.
