On my way back from the Marche region to Rome, I happened upon San Gemini right around lunchtime, and after a quick search, I decided to try this restaurant. There are three of us. The atmosphere is rustic and tranquil, with an open fireplace in the entrance hall where they're busy cooking meat, and delicious aromas wafting from the kitchen. We order a first and second course. Grated truffle is featured in many of the first courses, as are grilled meats, soups, and cod. The dishes are few, but very well presented. Delicate cuisine with excellent flavors. Prices are high. Excellent service. We'll return to try other dishes and explore the wine list. Highly recommended.

Authentic cuisine prepared very well. Even for those who prefer vegetarian alternatives this restaurant offers a decent array of options! Very friendly staff.

The whole restaurant team eats very well, they are kind, thoughtful and friendly.

We went there during the Giostra dell'Arme (Arms Joust), and the welcome was truly excellent; they even found us a seat even though we hadn't booked. The restaurant inside is truly beautiful and quaint; you immediately notice the huge fireplace and the chef roasting the meat. The food is truly excellent, and they also have a truly top-notch wine list. The staff and the owner are truly kind and very approachable. I highly recommend it to everyone; if you're passing through San Genini, it's definitely worth a visit.

The food was delicious. I ordered lentils with sausage, my son the meat pasta and my mom and sister shared the meat plate. The service could have been better. I ordered more water and the male waiter was almost mad and rushed me out of the inside of the restaurant. He was rude. The lady was more pleasant but maybe he was just having a bad day; maybe a different day it would be a difference experience

The service is another strong point: the staff is professional, precise, always smiling, and with a contagious energy. A perfect balance of attentiveness, speed, and friendliness, which contributes to making the atmosphere even more pleasant. In short, a restaurant capable of combining panoramic views, authentic flavors, and a sincere welcome, offering a truly memorable experience.

We ate well, maybe the meat was a little rushed for my taste, but everything else was ok.
