I had lunch with my family in this tavern chosen by chance because it was on the way home after returning from holidays. The place is small and cared for with attention to individual details, from the furnishings to the crockery; I particularly appreciated the dishes because they reminded me of my grandmother's. Of the courses we chose we noted the quality and mastery of the chef in cooking and presenting the dish. The waiter was very professional, affable and friendly. The price suits the quality. I will keep this place in mind for the next times I find myself passing through Savigliano.

Truly everything perfect! The manager is an extraordinary person and after a very short time he revealed himself to be a wine connoisseur capable of even recommending the labels in the customer's home cellar. The excellent quality dishes are served and presented with care. Highly recommended!

We didn't know the place and thanks to a baptism we found a gem. Small but spacious place furnished in an old-fashioned style, with taste. The very young and helpful owner offers a revisited Piedmontese menu, with truly particular but delicious combinations. It's difficult to recommend a dish, everything we ate was delicious. From the crostini with anchovy and green sauce, to the Albese with mustard dressing and crunchy vegetables, to the strudel with asparagus, onions and foduta, I would have eaten two. As a starter, I admit I have a weakness for gnocchi, but they were sublime. The combination of the cheese, a little strong, with the sweet mustard was perfect. To finish, the fillet with green pepper, cooked perfectly at low temperature, remained pink inside (ham style) but cooked and juicy. The wines are also excellent. I think we will return as soon as possible.

In January my boyfriend and I went to dinner at this tavern and enjoyed some exceptional dishes, from the entrée to the dessert! We were truly "pampered" and I still remember the taste of the risotto. The owner was very kind, elegant and approachable and it was a pleasure to have a chat before closing. I will definitely be back!
