A truly positive experience in the heart of Savigliano, just steps from the Milanollo Theater. In this welcoming restaurant, we were pampered from the moment we arrived by the attentive and kind owner, who guided us through the selection of dishes and wine with great passion. We shared six dishes between the two of us, all carefully crafted and beautifully presented: the delicate and flavorful Fassona steak tartare; the intense and enveloping chopped livers with focaccia and red onion; the perfectly balanced selection of cheeses; the tajarin pasta with snails, hazelnuts, and parsley; and the excellent game lasagna, rich and well-made. We finished on a sweet note with a tiramisu... truly delicious, as the menu promises! All accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese red Barbere Superiore, expertly recommended and paired impeccably. We'll definitely be back; a place to treasure! Thank you for this dinner ❤️

It's located in Savigliano, a very pretty town. The tavern is very welcoming, the service excellent, and the food good too. I definitely recommend it, although the prices are a little high.

Small, intimate, located in the city center, but in a narrow alleyway (we had a bit of a hard time finding it 🤔). Very tasty local dishes, a looooong list of Piedmont wines. Fantastic tiramisu - worth trying. Very friendly staff. Maybe we'll be able to visit again someday.

If you want to eat surrounded by history and uniqueness go to the theater tavern and how they make gnolòt (plin) no one beats them! Excellent👌

Finishing the last sip of liquor, transported to a world totally far from my territory, I found myself in this elegant tavern, but not too elegant, at times bohemian, at times Bohemian Rhapsody... but oh well.. that's another story.. Service: excellent... You have to be there to believe it. Food: same as above. The peculiarity is the careful research into high quality, interesting products, for a curious public ready to take a real journey... into flavors and aromas. The environment is very nice, well-kept, clean, attention to detail, also in this case, a journey into the past... but not too much ☺️ We hope to be able to return one day!

Pleasant surprise discovered while visiting a flea market. Without booking and with the place practically full, they still found us accommodation, we ate very well in a very welcoming place and served by super friendly staff. We had to wait a little while to eat, but it was absolutely worth it.

29/09/2025: We ate here several times during our daughter's three years at university and always enjoyed it. We also decided to dine at Gallinaccia the night before her graduation with the whole family (12 people): it was a perfect choice! The cheese gnocchi and tajarin with Bra sausage ragu were award-winning. Excellent food, excellent wine, friendly service, and excellent value!

Spaghettoteca Campoleone

09/11/2025: This spaghetti restaurant in Manera was a pleasant discovery. The place isn't very big, but the owner, even though we hadn't called ahead, managed to get us a meal. The appetizers are very generous. The real highlight, of course, are the first courses: a choice of penne, fusilli, and spaghetti, followed by agnolotti, gnocchi, and tagliatelle. The gluten-free pasta is a must-have, but it's also a must-have. Before choosing your sauces, you need to decide on your portion: regular (200g), small (100g), or generous (300g) for those who want to roll out the door. The sauces are varied: meat-based, fish-based, vegetarian, unusual, and creamy, all at more than fair prices. We tried the tagliatelle alla norma, the Aida gnocchi with stracchino, chopped pistachios, and gorgonzola, and the nocino agnolotti with fontina, chopped hazelnuts, cream, and tomato. Regular portions are already generous, delicious, and, above all, easy to digest! To round out our fabulous meal, we ordered a homemade cake called "nocciotella," made with sponge cake filled with hazelnut cream and hazelnuts, served warm. I love hazelnuts, and I can say it was amazing! Kudos to the service, delivered with simplicity and professionalism, making you feel at ease. Kudos to the friendliness, quality, helpfulness, and cleanliness. We'll definitely be back with friends, but this time we'll book ahead.
25/10/2025: Whenever possible, we stop at this spaghetti restaurant in Benevello. Always a guarantee, with superb dishes and a wide selection of sauces and pastas. Highly recommended.
