What a discovery! La Taverna del Pittore is a truly special place. Chef Michele offers meticulously prepared dishes, rich in flavor and elegantly presented. The location is stunning on the lake, with a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service.
The wine list is incredible, with top-notch labels.
Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the area—I'll be back.

A couple's dinner at this splendid restaurant overlooking Lake Maggiore, located in Arona's small square.
We both chose the meat tasting menu, along with the matching wines, preceded by a glass of champagne and a small appetizer.
The dishes were a crescendo of truly unique and commendable flavors and tastes.
The wines paired with the dishes were also simply perfect!
The professionalism and friendliness of the staff were particularly noteworthy; they were never intrusive, but always present and available.
A truly 5-star experience!!

A restaurant to add to your favorites!
A breathtaking location, I recommend booking for the best view of the lake. The service is impeccable yet friendly, with the waiters helpful and attentive to your needs, but always ready with a joke! The food deserves an A+, and I won't say anything else.
As for the price, it must be said that you pay for the quality and the view!
We'll definitely be back.

The service and atmosphere are absolutely acceptable, a piece of advice to the chef: any type of tartare should be beaten with a knife and not blended.

A delicious lunch, especially considering the ambiance. The service was good, but could be improved due to the overly friendly and somewhat smug attitude of one waiter. The dishes are delicious and beautiful, which isn't a bad thing, but too many flavors on the same plate are overwhelming and limiting. On the other hand, the bread and house-made antrée were good. The tiramisu was very disappointing, but the sorbet was good. I would also suggest choosing a music that suits the ambiance and the venue.
