Excellent restaurant in the center of Gubbio.
Excellent food and good value for money.
The only flaw was that the waiter was a little too intrusive.

Excellent cuisine, basket of parmesan with truffle passatelli something spectacular.
Fillet always with truffle ditto and very good millefeuille.
I ate very well and recommend it if you want to taste the local truffles.
I didn't give 5 stars because unfortunately I was disappointed about one small thing, there is a price on the menu, but when the bill came it was another. A few euros more than what the menu showed, I preferred to keep quiet so as not to raise a controversy over a few euros. But I left with a bit of nervousness.
Take nothing away from their cuisine. Super excellent.... but watch out for the prices and it's best to check at the end.

Passing by chance in Gubbio, I stopped in this quality restaurant from the furnishings to the cuisine and the service from the waiters. Old fashioned service the way I like it. P.s. important wine list. Advised !

Not a bad restaurant, the fondue was excellent, perhaps the only flaw was the croutons on top which felt old, but all in all the lunch was good.

An excellent restaurant with high quality cuisine and a vast selection of wines, including the most important labels from the most important vintages. Probably one of the best in Umbria.

Si tratta di un ristorante che rispecchia in pieno la tradizione eugubina di ambienti rustici, ma curati ed accoglienti, e di una cucina genuina e saporita: le proposte sono, appunto, tradizionali ma con tocchi di modernità. Notevole tra gli antipasti lo sformato, molto buoni i maltagliati, particolarmente degni di nota il filetto di maialino e la faraona. Per chiudere abbiamo preso i tozzetti (buoni) serviti assieme ad un vin santo d'eccezione. Prezzi altini ma ...pagati volentieri. Cortesia ed efficienza del personale anche a fronte di un super affollamento del locale.

arrivati a Gubbio per la prima volta notiamo subito questo ristorante che tra l'altro ci avevano consigliato degli amici che avevano mangiato lì qualche giorno prima: accoglienza cortese e grande professionalità. Menù invitante e cibo ottimo con piatti presentati perfettamente e dal gusto perfetto nella piena tradizione umbra.
Mi dispiace solo non avere gustato i dolci ma ci tornerò in futuro. Lo consiglio.
