I wanted to congratulate you on your professionalism, the ambiance, and the food. I have to criticize the first course, tagliatelle with fresh truffle. It was anything but fresh. The truffle slices were layered with too much butter, making it taste like pasta with butter. And finally, the excessive price, €26, for a dish that I would have gladly spent if it had been topped with fresh truffle. Good luck!

We had dinner at Taverna last night to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We sampled appetizers, then I had a first course and he had a second course. The service was impeccable (as was the case at Bosone Garden, which they also manage, and at Ducale). We'll be back very soon!

Beautiful, elegant place, we stumbled upon it by chance during a stop in Gubbio.
We had two starters: a pasta dish with pistachio pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and toasted bread—very good—and a starter with Chianina beef ragù, a classic. The dessert was also good.
Very attentive service.
Prices are a bit high.
The atmosphere is refined and elegant.

Located in the heart of Gubbio, in one of the most picturesque alleys where you can dine outside in the summer months, or inside in the beautiful and well-kept dining rooms.
Excellent service worthy of a high-end establishment.

This place not only has beautiful architecture but the food and service is fantastic. I came with a group so our menu was pre-ordered, but each course was amazing, and the amount of food is awesome. This is truly a nice place to dine as a couple or to bring a group. And if you are worried about loud groups they do have separate dining areas.

The service during dinner was excellent, but honestly, being greeted by an empty counter upon entering and being ignored by the staff for five minutes isn't pleasant when you're hungry. The location, for a taverna, met expectations, but what caught us off guard were the prices, which, to quote another reviewer, were more like those of a gourmet restaurant. The first courses were exceptional, the combination of ingredients unique and delicious. We had the lasagnetta and strangozzi, highly recommended and reasonably priced (perhaps the lasagnetta portion could be slightly larger). What disappointed us was the Cinta Senese fillet with fondue and truffle, €30 for a small piece of meat with a layer of fondue the size of a slice of cheese... You can't go hungry after eating a lasagna and fillet for €50 (excluding wine and cover charge). Highly recommended tavern if you want to eat well, but I think the prices should coincide not only with the quality of the food but also with the rest.

Locale sito nel centro di Gubbio molto curato nei particolari. Ha una carta dei vini impressionante con centinaia di bottiglie e di cantine diverse.
Ho preso un tagliere di salumi tipici della zona ed un primo di pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale, tutto molto buono accompagnati da un calice di sangiovese umbro. Ambiente molto cordiale e formale, consigliato
