I was invited to dinner by my sister who lives in Gubbio. He couldn't have chosen a more beautiful and refined restaurant. The very elegant room, courteous and kind service, a very beautiful and kind blonde lady served us, excellent food. Congratulations to all the staff and thanks to my sister who made me live a wonderful experience. I recommend it

Maybe I came across it on a crowded Saturday evening but I expected something more given the many 5 star reviews. A place with a slightly "older" style for my tastes, slightly chaotic service and very ceremonial style. Normal food but at a price a little too high!

Last night 07/12/2024 I had dinner with you I gave three stars for one reason only. The place is good, but the waiting time was painful to eat 2 starters, 2 first courses and 2 second courses, we waited 2 hours, plus the second courses were all not cooked well. Anyway, it's the second restaurant I've had problems with in the historic centre.. last year too, another restaurant was the same..

Very nice and reserved place, delicious products, space truffle pasta. excellent service girls prepared in everything a big compliment to the owners, (to the Ukrainian girl who served my table and very good at her job and presenting the menu) and to the rest of the staff thank you

After a day spent walking around the village we refresh ourselves in this splendid restaurant. What can I say 10 for the place, 10 for the staff and 10 for the food.

Well patronised restaurant in town centre. Pleasant rapid service. I had tagliolini with fresh truffle, which is now going to be my chosen last meal. Words cannot fully express the total joy of this dish- I would go back tomorrow to eat this again. And again….

La Taverna del lupo fa parte della storia di Gubbio la più bella città medievale al mondo. Cibo sempre ottimo, cantina con vini Umbri particolari. Professionalità e simpatia del personale e poi il Caro Rodolfo fa la differenza, sempre attento e gentile.

25/08/2024: We found our culinary place in Spoleto. Excellent flavors, well presented, friendly service. I think that after several years of using various restaurants in Tuscany and now Umbria, this one is definitely on the podium! Great service, perfect atmosphere, and the dishes look like from a Michelin-starred restaurant! ;)
25/08/2024: I had already been a guest in this place in January and I returned at the end of August to try the cuisine again. The products are top quality and well prepared. The first courses were tasty, the sliced ​​meat melted in the mouth and the stuffed pigeon was extraordinary. I will go back a third time.
