It is always worthwhile in these places to appreciate the effort of the residents to recover after the 2016 earthquake.

We chose this place because we saw good reviews and a reasonable price. We arrive and I quickly read the worker's menu, 13 euros per person. We spent 70 between us. I realized later that the waitress directed us to , two double appetizers, and other things that a la carte cost 70 euros. All good. Knowing the area, if I spent 50 euros it would have been right. However, that's how it is.

We had lunch here on Sunday, simple atmosphere but very friendly staff.
Tagliatelle with special mushrooms, but everything else is no joke. I'll be back soon!

Wow. Tagliatelle with mushrooms and super revisited amatriciana. Generous quantities, hospitality and kindness. Despite the post-earthquake emergency position, they work miracles.

We are on the Sibillini, a territory of legends and traditions. At Babalo or Gallo Sibillino the recipes are simple, traditional ones. The mushroom is the master, which here to be clear is exclusively the porcini mushroom.
Few proposals come from the kitchen but the right ones.
Starters of the day, tripe, coratella and polenta with porcini mushrooms. I added a porcini mushroom to the plate. Followed by tagliatelle, with porcini mushrooms, obviously but with a sprinkling of truffle. The latter, perhaps, was better not to be included...
I continued with the pan-fried lamb with potatoes, good, tasty but with little fat and a lot of cartilage and bones.
It may have been the very noisy group that destroyed the peace of the place since their arrival but if it weren't for previous visits, I would probably never think of returning. Compliments due to the staff who were able to accommodate the infinite variations to the orders of the noisy group.
