I stopped for lunch and started with an excellent charcuterie board, followed by strangozzi with black truffle, a truly delicious first course with well-balanced flavors. To finish, on the staff's recommendation, I tried a ricotta mousse with acacia honey and a sprinkling of truffle: a real surprise, so good I could have eaten a whole tub! The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful waitresses. The price was fair, considering the use of premium ingredients like truffles and a good wine. If I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely be back!

I just finished dinner at Taverna del Boscaiolo...what can I say, totally approved and recommended! The cappellacci alla norcina were sublime, the lentils with herb oil were truly delicious, and finally, a ricotta mousse with honey and truffle was the icing on the cake. The food was excellent (try the grilled sausages too...if I came back, I'd definitely order them!), the staff were truly friendly, and the service was very fast. Recommended!

Sometimes you have to be daring and not always follow the crowd. And daring pays off. Kudos to the staff and the menu. The atmosphere is quiet and impeccable. The food was truly delicious and the price was fair. I recommend everyone to go there. Look for it if you go to Norcia. You won't regret it.

Our favorite place in Norcia! We were there for two nights and were very, very satisfied both times. The service was always fast and impeccable, the staff extremely kind, attentive, and professional. They even brought us water for the dog as soon as we arrived. The restaurant has a beautiful, pleasant atmosphere, and is very well-maintained. The food was excellent; the prosciutto melted in your mouth, and the first courses were exceptional, especially the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and the homemade Norcia-style pasta. The grilled sausage was excellent; we tried others, but theirs was truly the best. Try everything, especially the potatoes as a side dish; they're a divine experience! I don't know how they make them so good. The prices are very reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

The food was good, the service was pretty good, and we didn't have to wait because reservations are required, so we'd booked in advance. The only downside was that we thought the prices were a bit high. Plus, the bed and breakfast where we were staying told us to say they'd send us... We expected a small discount, but there wasn't one. What a shame.

Fantastic experience, recommended by a local. The mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses was excellent, accompanied by their own homemade jams (I recommend the Tropea onion one). The pasta dishes were generous and flavorful, truly excellent. The grilled sausages were well cooked and not dry. The baked potatoes are a must-try. The place is aesthetically pleasing and very beautiful. The staff was friendly, professional, and super efficient. I'd give it 10 stars, but it's not possible.

Locale accogliente e servizio cordiale. Il tagliere di salumi e formaggi è di qualità superiore ed estremamente abbondante. Da dividere in due o da gustare come piatto unico. Ottimo il primo con il tartufo nero di Norcia. Buono anche il sagrantino della casa. Prezzo in linea con la qualità dei piatti.
