Really nice and clean place. Excellent food, short menu but that's fine, just a few things done to perfection. Perfect service and friendly staff. Recommended.

I visited the taverna del borgo on Sunday evening, after the new management took over. The staff is very welcoming, and the menu offers a selection of traditional dishes. The tortelloni with butter and sage were delicious, and the cotoletta alla petroniana was exceptional. Fair prices, very fast service, and generous portions. Highly recommended.

Excellent first and second courses. Tigelle, Crescentine, and quality cured meats. Excellent service, and what's more, a clean location and service in a family-friendly atmosphere. All in a stunning village. Worth considering for a city escape. Convenient parking.

The food was excellent—fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and perfectly cooked traditional dishes that really satisfy. Every plate was well-presented and full of taste. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the meal. A great place for a relaxed and enjoyable Italian dining experience. Highly recommended!
01/05/2026: They serve Bolognese cuisine with a few variations. They have good bottled wines, and the ones on tap are pretty good too. Finally, they have very good desserts, including a pasticcio that I think they call la maialata. We go there often, even with large tables, and it always makes a good impression! 👏Well done 👏👏👏👏
