Everything was very good but the service was a bit slow

It was incredibly quiet, which surprised me, because the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The atmosphere was very modern, and they even played some real classics! Top restaurant!

The best meal we had in Saluzzo this week. The antipasti were especially spectacular: the octopus tentacle might be the best thing I have ever consumed. Her classic Piedmontese gnocchi was superlative, as was my risotto. Our desserts—a chocolate lava cake and a traditional Bonet—were delightful, even for people who generally don’t like dessert. The Barbera we had also also the best wine we’ve had this week. Service was also excellent: there was a very helpful waitress who spoke English, and guided us through the Italian menu when Google Translate failed us. Finally, this place had more vegetarian things than others we’d been to (excluding pizza places: those are always fine). Update: We returned 6 years later, and it was still fabulous. I had a white pasta and quail; she had a zucchini flan and risotto. We finished with a cheese board and the Bonet again. Our waiting staff were brilliant, and again helped in English. Still veggie friendly.
