Magnificent medieval-style restaurant with very elaborate cuisine. We highly recommend it.

In the charming Candelo, a medieval-style tavern that fits perfectly with its setting. We had the pleasure of choosing from the menu displayed outside the magnificent entrance, which was undoubtedly inviting. Even though we were accompanied by our parrot on this out-of-town trip, they kindly welcomed us and seated us in a magnificent, softly lit room with wooden tables, fresh roses on each, and pewter plates. The appetizer was delicious: the stuffed eggplant was expertly executed, the beef tartare with onions was delicious, and not to mention the porcini mushroom dish. We chose to enjoy them fried and accompanied by veal fillet. To finish it all, a berry sorbet and an excellent mint panna cotta. Dinner was accompanied by breadsticks and fresh bread. Along with our coffee, we were served some delicious sweets. The service was impeccable and truly kind. At the end of this pleasant experience, we also had the pleasure of seeing the entire venue, meticulously designed down to the last detail: lighting, spaces, colors, materials... Candelo's style is evident throughout the tavern, which also offers ample space for hosting conferences in a dedicated room. The upstairs offers a delightful view, with meticulously designed furnishings. We'll definitely be back, and congratulations to all the staff!

Had dinner with a group of 60 people. Since the reservation we have found kindness and competence. Wonderful location with large and suggestive interior spaces in harmony with the ancient village where the restaurant is nestled. Attentive and precise service to our every need including a change in the arrangement of the tables due to the presence of 3 children in our group. Excellent cuisine with tasty dishes served with elegance. We will definitely return...
