The service at the restaurant was top-notch! The waiters were polite and caring, which created a great atmosphere. I used the calorie counting service mentioned in the photo and was pleasantly surprised by its convenience. It’s a great way to keep track of what you eat. I recommend everyone to try this service!

The service was good.
The food was a little strong in flavor, but still delicious.
You could choose to tip from 5, 10, or 15%.
If you tell them what kind of wine you like, they'll recommend something! I ended up having a second glass!

The food was prepared carelessly. The quality of the ingredients was mediocre. We had seafood pasta, but the seafood flavor didn't really come through in the pasta. It tasted bland. Perhaps the chef wasn't motivated for lunch. We ate amidst the sounds of people arguing inside. The location is nice, but that's about it.

A restaurant away from the tourist crowds, where you can enjoy traditional dishes without sacrificing other local flavors. There's a remarkable wine selection. We were served quickly, and the waiter was attentive in suggesting modifications to accommodate food intolerances for some of our group, something not often found in many restaurants in the capital. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the quality is adequate. There are also a few tables outside; however, the air conditioning inside isn't bothersome.

The food was simply excellent, full of flavor and beautifully presented.
The restaurant is lovely, cozy, neat, and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere.
The service was more than outstanding: a young woman assisted us with professionalism, kindness, and great attention to detail. She guided us through the menu and helped us choose the perfect wine (we had a fantastic Brunello).

An exceptional culinary experience at Contrario Restaurant in Rome 🇮🇹!
The pasta was simply divine, perfectly al dente, with a rich and characterful sauce—a true delight for the taste buds 🍝🔥. For starters, the focaccia and antipasti were remarkably fresh, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. A special mention goes to the seafood dish: generous, flavorful, and superbly presented 🦐🦪.
The service was impeccable, warm, and attentive from start to finish. And what about the decor? A unique setting surrounded by bottles of wine and antique elements—a true journey into Roman charm 🍷🕰️
