Mangiare sulla terrazza con vista sulla piazza del comune, è un valore aggiunto non di poco conto.... Anche le sale interne sono molto carine. Per quanto riguarda il cibo non sono rimasto particolarmente colpito... per carità tutto buono, ma ..... ............ il servizio non mi ha entusiasmato molto ... Prezzo altino... ma vista la posizione ci può stare. Non credo che ci tornerò.

Top😋. Excellent there is nothing to say. I have been traveling around Umbria for 24 years and I cannot help but say that this is the best restaurant I have had the fortune and pleasure of knowing. It has maintained quality, courtesy and service. Excellent food, excellent location, impeccable service, more than fair quality/price ratio. I can say that every year we get better.

Delicious food! We ordered three appetizers and three main dishes so we could all try everything and we were speechless by the rich tastes of them all. Besides eating you can enjoy admiring the artwork of Norberto. Fantastic!

I've been coming to eat here for years, never disappointed. Reading many mean things, I understand both people who 90% have never eaten or set foot in the Consuls' Tavern.

I have been frequenting this splendid restaurant in the heart of Assisi for years. In addition to a unique location with a terrace overlooking the main square and well-kept rooms, it boasts a cuisine that combines tradition, innovation and local raw materials. The wine cellar is well looked after, and the service is attentive and makes you feel all the welcome you expect during a lunch or dinner out. Thanks to all the staff for what they have given me over the years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Locale tradizionale, a gestione familiare, meta di VIP in mostra sulle decine di foto appese all'ingresso. Atmosfera calorosa e accogliente, con i proprietari che raccontano di sè e della propria attività. Cucina tradizionale, senza particolari guizzi. Molto buoni l'uovo CBT e le polpette alla perugina. Buone anche le carni, golosi i dessert. Prezzo un poco alto rispetto ai piatti.

21/08/2024: Lunch in chiaroscuro, we had 2 first courses which were not bad, good and well made, while as a second course we took a position of wild boar, among other things advertised as a specialty, absolutely rejected for us, prices slightly above the average for the place, excellent service!! !
21/08/2024: We ate in this restaurant in the center of Bevagna and I would say everything was really delicious from the appetizers to the first courses and desserts, good service and an adequate price.

18/08/2024: Perhaps the best in Assisi, at least for us, abundant delicious dishes and excellent raw materials, the mixed grill is fabulous, and the flavor of the meat is fabulous! Absolutely to take the platter of cured meats (fabulous) to divide in two For years I haven't seen a person amazed at eating a guinea fowl with pistachios and other things, I don't remember, and devouring it when it struggles to eat the meat. The flavors are of good raw materials sought after that we always return to
