The Boncompagni tavern is one of the best restaurants in Piombino. It has very fresh fish and an ever-changing menu. Specialized in raw dishes. The service is excellent and the setting really nice. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well and experience something new. Medium-high prices.

Durante una serata estiva nel centro di Piombino, ci siamo fermati alla Taverna di Boncompagni.
Pioveva, l’atmosfera era perfetta, e ci hanno trovato una tavolo per due all’esterno.
Avevamo inoltre i nostri due cani, i quali sono stati accolti senza alcun tipo di problema.
Il proprietario e i camerieri sono stati gentilissimi, cordiali, a modo ma allo stesso tempo divertenti e spiritosi. I piatti erano curati nei minimi dettagli, a partire dal crudo come antipasto fino al dolce.
Ci torneremo di sicuro, magari questa volta con il sole.
