It's always a pleasure to eat here, compliments to all the staff

We passed by this restaurant quite by chance, and my boyfriend liked it so much he reserved a table for dinner. Since we hadn't looked at the menu beforehand, we didn't realize it wasn't a "regular" restaurant, but rather a Michelin-starred restaurant (even though they don't have one YET). We ordered our dishes, probably a bit unprofessionally, and the waiter explained each dish very professionally and expertly. When my boyfriend asked for salad, the owner, somewhat offended, said that you should eat salad at home; he runs a fish restaurant. In retrospect, we had to chuckle about it 🤣 Presumably, both the owner and his waitress were having fun with us 😅 Despite our language barrier, the service was truly top-notch, and the quality of the food was also excellent. When we're back in Piombino, we'll be back 👌

A true, clear, unequivocal example of excellence. The welcome, service and management of the dinner are absolutely comparable to a starred restaurant. The raw material is of the highest level. Dishes prepared with research and passion. Nothing is left to chance. Really good, you do your job with passion, you are masters of catering and hospitality. We had the pleasure of having lunch here and couldn't have asked for anything better. If the food and environment are the best, the real highlight is the owner who serves you in a professional, attentive but at the same time informal and fun way, making all his passion for the work he does shine through.

Seconda volta in questa piccola chicca di Piombino. Qui, ci si estranea da ciò che ci circonda e si rimane. Si rimane tra le risate, tra gli sguardi felici e tra quei momenti silenziosi dati dall’estasi culinaria. Qui si mangia divinamente, pesce fresco e vino buono. Io ve lo consiglio, nuovamente.

Un vero, chiaro, inequivocabile esempio di eccellenza. Accoglienza, servizio e gestione della cena sono assolutamente assimilabili a un ristorante stellato. La materia prima è di altissimo livello.
