Wir orderten nicht nach der Karte, sondern überließen den Chef die Auswahl des Fischmenues. Eine wahre Gaumenfreude, verschiedene Antipasti, Primi, Secondi und Dolce waren die Folge. Prosecco, herrlicher Hauswein und Grappa begleitete das Mittagsmenue. Ein fairer Preis und sehr freundliche Bedienung rundeten sehr gute Bild ab. Waren sicher nicht das letzte mal in der Taverna Cigui !

A beautiful evening spent on April 18th with friends. Excellent food, wonderful welcome, it felt like being at home, impeccable service. What can I say, a truly beautiful place where you can spend a fantastic evening and taste good food and wines! Highly recommended!

Beautiful location and the fish is delicious

We simply love Paolo, his staff and place and also the region around muggia. We've been around the world to so many places but at Paolos we found a true jewel. We felt like home like we belong to this place. It's one of the most relaxing, warm-hearted, delicious and respectful places ever. You drink (wine, grappa) and eat (fruits, tomatoes) from Paolos garden. You can have dinner every evening with fresh, delicate seafood and wine as much as you can (around 50€-60€). Included breakfast is continental and coffee is good and you can have it in what time ever during the morning. It's not a hotel, it's home. The rooms are quiet simple but still very clean with good mattresses and they have AC & heater. If there's something you need, you don't like or you want, say it and you will get it. Maybe you have a good life now and staying at Paolos will make your life even better! Buy the wine and olive oil! High quality, great price. Baci to Paolo, beloved dog King and the whole team!
