My friend and I came from Trieste specifically for their vegan menu and we weren't disappointed! The location was lovely; we sat outside and it was really well-kept. We had five appetizers, a first course, and a dessert. Everything was delicious. The wine was also very good. The staff and owner were very friendly. We'll gladly return to try the other seasonal offerings.

The restaurant is a true gem for great regional cuisine and an excellent wine selection.
Be careful! The standard wine list is very limited, but you can choose from all sorts of wines in the attached wine shop with excellent expert advice.
The price-performance ratio is well-balanced by Italian standards, and the service is very smart and accommodating.
Due to the popularity of the restaurant, however, a reservation is recommended. I would be happy to return anytime.

Every time I set foot in Boccale it's like coming home, but with an extra touch: that something that makes you smile, cuddles you and makes you want to come back again and again. A unique atmosphere made of laughter, good company and flavors that speak of love.
A special thanks goes to Mounir and Roberta, who always look after us with attention and kindness. They are the heart of the service: present, affectionate, always ready to make us feel special.
And then there's Davide, the chef I adore. His cuisine is a journey: every dish is a declaration, every flavor a surprise. Davide knows exactly how to conquer the palate and the soul. It's not just cooking, it's true passion.

Beautiful elegant and welcoming place, impeccable staff. The quality of the food was excellent, carefully prepared and very well presented. The vegan options are also good. The only observation I have to make is that the tiramisu has unbalanced flavours, extremely sweet cream but tasteless coffee dip. However, if you are in the area, it is definitely a place worth visiting

Suggerisco di assaggiare le opzioni vegane che lo chef prepara con grande cura e passione, che sono all'altezza di un ristorante vegano di prima categoria. Abbiamo scelto il menù che prevede 5 antipasti: funghi fritti in pastella, quinoa con purè di zucca, guazzetto di seitan con patate, polpette di ceci e humus; più un risotto di crema di spinaci con tajine nera e polvere di pomodorini secchi. Qualità della preparazione e scelta delle materie prime eccellente! Prezzo ragionevole. Consigliatissimo!!
