I chose this restaurant to celebrate my graduation, and I couldn't have made a better choice! From the first moment, the welcome from Chef Gioacchino and Elena was impeccable. They met and exceeded my expectations. The staff are attentive, professional and kind. Each dish was a real sensorial experience, with the highest quality ingredients and a presentation with attention to the smallest details. The tasting menu that was recommended to me surprised us with creative combinations and flavors balanced to perfection. Simply put: an unforgettable experience that made a special day even more perfect. Absolutely recommended for those seeking excellence, taste and a unique atmosphere.

Very pleasant evening. We went here for a birthday. Everything well organised, excellent dishes and kindness. The owners are really thoughtful. Furthermore, receiving compliments from all the diners confirms my opinion.

There were 11 of us for dinner, with many children. The welcome was exceptional, the owner and all the waiters were exceptionally kind. We ate very well, choosing almost everything based on fish, really excellent!! Worth remembering the next time we come to Palermo, a more than recommended place!! Questa osteria gourmet affacciata su Piazza Magione dimostra come la buona cucina e l’attenzione dei particolari nei piatti e con la clientela facciano di ristorante un locale di successo. Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il battesimo del piccolo Cesare all’osteria Tannura sicuri di mangiare bene e passare una giornata piacevole in compagnia di amici e parenti. Devo dire che la famiglia Trapani non ha deluso le aspettative. Siamo stati coccolati dall’inizio alla fine con piatti della nostra tradizione culinaria rivisitati dallo chef e apprezzati da tutti. Ogni nostro desiderio è stato assecondato, amici e parenti con intolleranze alimentari hanno pranzato tranquillamente e in sicurezza. Tutto ciò ci ha permesso di passare un momento indimenticabile per noi genitori e per il piccolo festeggiato. Consigliato vivamente.

Un altro dei mie angoli del cuore, un'osteria di elevata qualità, dove gustare una cucina tradizionale, rivisita in chiave semigourmet. Questo posto è un misto di eleganza e sapore, di tradizione unita ad innovazione, che va un po’ oltre gli standard panormiti. L’offerta del cibo si caratterizza per una ricercatezza nella composizione, elaborazione e nell’utilizzo delle materie prime, scelte dai vari presidi Slow Food, che fanno la differenza. La perfetta sinergia tra cucina e sala dei fratelli Trapani, è la nota riconoscitiva e distintiva del locale.
