Excellent quality boxes with lots of filling. The environment is nice and the posters with fake themed quotes are fun. It's not entirely pleasant to sit at tables full of crumbs, but maybe when I ate there (Sunday around 7.20pm) there were fewer staff than usual and they hadn't been able to come and clean...? Let's say someone keeping an eye on the room could help. But as a person who grew up in Rimini, I really appreciated the quality of the food. Labeling the order is also helpful, when ordering more than one filling

Gluten-free watercress, good impact but small and not very filling

Pleasant discovery of this place in the center of Bologna, I was really impressed by the high quality of the ingredients and the possibility of choosing between different types of dough (including spelled and olive oil dough, gluten-free dough, wholemeal dough, classic dough). Very friendly and competent staff. In this place they also make the cassone, which is essentially a stuffed closed piadina, with the possibility of choosing between different proposals. Must try!

Had an incredibly tasty and very filling vegan and gluten free cassone here! Highly recommend the hummus, zucchini and onion option with sun dried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar added in. Very reasonable prices as well

I took a tomato and mozzarella piadina and was very satisfied. Soft dough and not at all stringy. And you can choose from many flavors: potatoes and sausage, pumpkin and mushrooms, taleggio and pumpkin, and so on. Large room where you can also eat with a tray.

Se provi il cassone riminese te ne innamori. E' una sorta di piadina chiusa a panzerotto e cotta con il ripieno che rimane bello caldo e morbido mentre la parte esterna e' croccante. Ha grandi vantaggi sulla piadina ma nonostante ciò molto meno popolare, qui lo fanno veramente bene. Ambiente informale e questo lo rende simile ai fast-food ma con ben altro esito gastronomico.

Locale piccolo specializzato in cassoni e piadine. Hanno anche i cassoni senza glutine, preconfezionati e che servono caldi. I cassoni senza glutine sono meno farciti di quelli classici e li ho trovati un po’ mollicci. Le proposte vegetariane sono due: erbette e formaggio e pomodoro e mozzarella. Locale piccolo con pochi posti a sedere.
