When we arrived, only a subset of the pre-made cassoni were available; it wasn't possible to make more than the 3-4 pre-made varieties. The cassoni were good, but the gluten-free one (for some strange reason) had very little seasoning inside, making it subpar.

My mother, a ninety-year-old from Romagna, is from Riccione, and it was like a journey back in time when I brought her their cassone! Thanks for the rediscovered flavors.

You should definitely try the pomodoro and mozzarella here! It’s really delicious!! The staff are friendly and the bread was also great.

A trip to Bologna and, after much wandering, I discovered this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and the piadina was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Delicious, gluten-free. Plus one for Maria Curie, or rather, for Maria Skłodowska-Curie, who received two Nobel Prizes, one in physics and one in chemistry.

The place is cute and bright. Some cassoni are already pre-cooked and reheated, like the one with herbs we ordered. It's nicer when they make them fresh.
The flavor is okay, but the sausage in the sausage and potato cassone was a bit strange; it tasted like ground meat with a slightly off-flavor, but maybe that was a coincidence.
My opinion is still pending, but it's still okay for a snack.
