Honest review: to those who say it's expensive I say no, because for the area it's a fair price as we are in the super center and all the places around it also have the same prices if not more. Here we have a product made on the spot and with excellent quality ingredients. As for taste and considerations Cassoni: sticking to the classic choices such as herbal cassoni, you are on the safe side and are more than excellent. Other variations proposed are also delicious and satisfying. Personally I didn't appreciate the casserole with sausage and onion because it was "minced" and wasn't specified, and because the onion was practically non-existent. I had it years ago and it was completely different to how they make it now, before it was much more oniony and peppery and I loved it! So, I advise the managers... don't be afraid to add onion, if a person orders something with onion, they like it and want to taste it, and also less ground sausage please, it's not ragù! Anyway good eh, it's an opinion. Regarding the piadina: good piadina, quantity of seasoning in line with the correct quantities that they put throughout Emilia Romagna, personally I find it a tad too thick, I was disappointed because being from "Rimini" I expected it to be quite thin and instead for me it is a tad too high! Thinner please! So I prefer cassoni to piadine for my personal taste! :) For the rest I find everything good and I'm always happy to eat a box. One star less because it's already the second time that my box breaks while I'm eating it or you give it to me already broken, maybe you spread it too much? One star less on the service because sometimes you wait a little too long. Ambience one star because there is little space for those waiting for takeaway. For the rest top!

Se provi il cassone riminese te ne innamori. E' una sorta di piadina chiusa a panzerotto e cotta con il ripieno che rimane bello caldo e morbido mentre la parte esterna e' croccante. Ha grandi vantaggi sulla piadina ma nonostante ciò molto meno popolare, qui lo fanno veramente bene. Ambiente informale e questo lo rende simile ai fast-food ma con ben altro esito gastronomico.

Locale piccolo specializzato in cassoni e piadine. Hanno anche i cassoni senza glutine, preconfezionati e che servono caldi. I cassoni senza glutine sono meno farciti di quelli classici e li ho trovati un po’ mollicci. Le proposte vegetariane sono due: erbette e formaggio e pomodoro e mozzarella. Locale piccolo con pochi posti a sedere.

I stopped in this place, seeing the window from the outside, the interior is modern and welcoming. I took a casserole with potatoes and sausage, VERY GOOD! Unfortunately there were no people, because it really deserves it. Too bad about the service, I was told that it would take 5 minutes to heat it up, but in reality it took 10. Overall I really liked it.

Nice and quiet environment suitable for customers of all ages and types of diet (traditional omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, etc.) Current payment and service systems: cashmatic and reminder disk. Super good Rimini piadinas and cassoni: excellent dough and excellent fillings. My favorite is the classic herbal one, also useful for filling up on vegetables that I never cook due to laziness stratified towards what seems boring to me. The variant with spelled dough and extra virgin olive oil is also excellent. However, - considering the variety, - everyone has their own choice... De gustibus. It's hard to go wrong because everything is truly excellent. With my compliments.

Lovely place in Bologna, range of gluten free (senza glutine) options, favourite was the mixed herb option, would recommend for tourists visiting, affordable and authentic place to eat at.
