A somewhat disappointing experience. The herb cassone was very good, the sausage and potato one a bit bland. The gluten-free cassone and piadina were appreciated, although even that was a bit bland according to the celiac person with us. The most disappointing thing was that not all the cassone on the menu were available, especially the sweet ones, which were filled with jam and squacquerone and figs, which were nonexistent.

I've been to both this location and the other one on Via Zamboni.
I had the same experience there, too, and I must say it was good.
The quality of the ingredients was fair to good.
Offering gluten-free options at no extra charge was a great choice, at least from what I've seen.
As for the gluten-free dough, as with the Via Zamboni location, I couldn't tell if it's made and rolled out on site (like the standard dough) or if it's purchased pre-made and then rolled out by them. All in all, it's good dough, a good alternative to a traditional sandwich.
I found this place to be bright and with plenty of seating, perfect for a lunch break or a pleasant hour.
The staff is competent, attentive, professional, and always smiling.
They even handle the busy schedules during peak hours very well, which is not a given.
Kudos to the entire staff.

First time here, excellent piadina, well-filled and made with quality ingredients. Various types of dough, very light spelt.
Small but welcoming atmosphere, fair prices. Worth a try, ideal for a lunch break in the city center.

Unlike other places, the classic mozzarella and tomato cassone is excellent and super stuffed! I recommend it!

The place is bright and airy, with a variety of pre-made cassoni that they heat up for you on the spot. The girl who served me was very kind; I ate one of the cassoni right away, and the other one I had for dinner, and both were good. The only downside is that they're a bit pricey.
