It's a self-service restaurant. You arrive, take a menu, and choose. Then you go to the cashier and pay. A server brings you your food. I don't think everything is homemade. The taste is okay. A nice place to drink and snack, but without necessarily looking for quality. The kitchen team isn't Chinese. A kitchen manager was Chinese and managed his team.

A somewhat basic place, but one where you can eat very well in the heart of Chinatown. I especially recommend the xiao long bao, one of the best I've ever had, and the udon noodles with five-spice Chinese beef sauce. The portions, especially the noodles, are very generous, so I'd recommend going with friends who can share! To order, you take a piece of paper and write down your order before entering. You then pay and are assigned a table inside the restaurant, where your food will arrive promptly. Recommended for a lunch with friends!

The best meals I had during my 2-month trip to Europe were the large intestine noodles and fish-flavored pork shreds with rice. They were cheap and delicious, and I highly recommend them. They suit my Chinese stomach very well.

The pancakes are delicious, especially the sausage ones. The fried dough sticks and pork floss in the pancakes are a great combination. The chicken pancakes have mayonnaise sauce and sweet and spicy sauce, which is a bit dark. I don't like it. The soup dumplings are OK. The boss lady is quite cheerful and has a normal attitude.

Rustic restaurant in the main street of the Chinatown district. Here you can find many typical dishes of Chinese culture, but also some from Southeast Asia, such as takoyaki and tteokbokki. Their specialty is definitely udon, whose wide variety satisfies everyone's tastes: from soupy ones to those without broth, from those with meat to vegetarian ones, and from thick to thin udon. The open kitchen allows you to see the artisanal preparation of their abundant dishes. The service is extremely fast. Once the table is assigned, the food will arrive within a few minutes. All at an extremely affordable price. We spent about twenty euros for two udon, an "appetizer" and a half-liter bottle of water. Another aspect that surprised us is the absence of a cover charge in the price. If you find yourself near via Paolo Sarpi, this is the ideal place for a lunch break, even for a few moments.
