Very fast ramen experience. The menu is a little complicated as it is multiple languages. The food was super tasty and it’s good to have something in the area that isn’t pizza or pasta. Decent priced compared to the “Italian” places.

Everything very good and plentiful

I ordered the "Beef Noodles in a Sweet and Spicy Blonde Broth," the "Cold Chicken in Sichuan Sauce," and the "Chinese Bun with Braised Pork." As is well known, Chinese cuisine abroad needs to be adapted to local tastes (toning down the acidity or reducing the spiciness). As a Chinese person with fairly demanding standards, I'd give it an 8/10. The Sichuan chicken bones were cut into such small, splinter-like pieces that they were uncomfortable to bite into, making it difficult to recommend this dish to foreign customers, as we know they generally dislike eating chicken on the bone. The chicken's pink color is due to a cooking technique similar to the "low-temperature cooking" used in French cuisine; while not perfect, the timing was excellent (the blood inside the bone should remain visible, demonstrating that the proteins haven't completely hardened with the heat, but the portion was truly meager...). The braised pork bun had a very flaky and crispy crust, but it needed to be soaked in the stew sauce, otherwise the bottom of the dough, untouched by the filling, would be dry in the mouth. The meat filling needs to be pressed a little to achieve that "melt-in-your-mouth" effect as soon as you bite into it. As for the noodle soup, the texture was perfect for a Chinese palate (slightly softer than the classic Italian "al dente"). The broth made it clear how much time was spent cooking the meat. The only downside was the cilantro, which was chopped too large, which sometimes scratched your throat while eating the noodle soup... Overall, I really enjoyed it. I wish you every success!

Absolutely fantastic food! Friendly service, with staff who even offer suggestions for vegan options or dishes suitable for children. Reasonable prices. I would eat there every week if I lived in Mestre. All the best to you!

I went here to eat with my parents as a tourist and found it absolutely wonderful. The food, the atmosphere, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

The best ramen I've ever had!! The dumplings and spaghetti are also very good! I especially recommend the Taiwanese ramen; it's delicious.
