Ritorno sempre con piacere alla pizzeria Tanaquilla di Bolsena, che oramai conosco e frequento da decenni. Pizza ottima, alla napoletana, con bordo alto e soffice. Tutto buonissimo, anche se due piccoli appunti sento di doverli fare. Il primo è per il fumo del forno all'interno del locale, che la piano terra è a volte veramente fastidioso, ma che arriva anche al piano primo. Il secondo sono i prezzi, che per alcune pizze, diciamo gourmet, sono alti. Ottima pizza, Ottimi ingredienti, ma 14, o 15, od anche 18 euro per una pizza sono tanti .

Pizza buonissima, nulla da invidiare alle pizze napoletane. Personale e proprietario gentilissimi e molto disponibili ad accogliere le richieste dei clienti. Ampia scelta del menu e prezzi nella media di Bolsena. Assolutamente da provare

Nicely decorated, lots of beer choice but high priced drinks. Food mainly special combinations, which unfortunately turned out not to be my taste.

Really great pizzeria, the Pizza selection on the menu is really good, unconventional for Italy and they were cooked to perfection, please be advised that the Vesuvio pizza has little bite to it.
The service was friendly, patient and competent. The dessert options were great where salted caramel Panna Cotta was the popular choice. Coffee corretto afterwards the icing on the cake of a wonderful evening. This should be a must for every traveler and local in Bolsena.
Prices are really fair for the quality of food.
The best beer selection I have encountered around Lago di Bolsena.

Special pizzas, very light dough and a wide choice of beers on tap.
High quality products, possibility to choose from many flavours, from fish, to meat, to pizzas with a healthy burrata on top.
They also have various blends of coffee, as well as a wide selection of desserts.
Possibility of eating outdoors in summer, directly in the heart of the beautiful historic center of Bolsenese.
A highly recommended place, mouth-watering.
