The place is very nice on the outside, but inside there was definitely the smoke I'd read about in some reviews. The pizza was good, Neapolitan-style. The fried foods and desserts were equally good. The service was friendly, but could be improved. What I didn't like were the placemats on the tables (which, unfortunately, are NOT disposable) because they were really dirty and sticky, and considering you use them to put your napkin and cutlery, I didn't like that at all. There's no parking; you have to look for it on the street.

I never thought I'd be eating the best pizza I've ever had in Bolsena at 10:00 PM, after arriving from Emilia. The staff were very kind, even though it was late, and we were practically the only ones there. Thank you. Wonderful.

A truly interesting little place, especially in the summer, thanks to its beautiful outdoor terrace. The interior, in pure rural style, is also very attractive. I had appetizers and pizza, and I especially recommend the very original pizzas made with high-quality ingredients. I recommend it to everyone and also recommend booking. Many compliments to the owners. Being original in this sector is not easy.

Once again, on the way home, it's dinner time... so hungry! This time, Tanaqulla pizzeria is there to satisfy our hunger... In the wonderful village of Bolsena, nestled in a charming area of the village, there's this pizzeria. A truly beautiful location, extremely friendly staff, and excellent pizzas... close to Neapolitan ones... The craft beer is spectacular... excellent value for money... We'll be back.

In and of itself, it was okay. We've been there several times and were satisfied. The last visit, however, wasn't very good. It was completely empty, despite it being a warm summer night, and the waiters were still somewhat unmotivated. The chef himself wasn't there that night and didn't delight us with his pizza skills. I'm not complaining on a high level and I generally complain very little, really. However, I'm writing this review because one or two red lines were exceeded, and that concerned the food. The starter: deep-fried pizza dough topped with mortatella. The dough had so much oil in it that it was practically inedible. Without exaggeration, if you pressed the dough in one spot, two tablespoons of oil flowed out. Unfortunately, a sign of frying that was far too cold. How can you serve that to customers? How can you eat four slices of that and use 200ml of oil? That's really not possible. And secondly, the pizza dough really wasn't cooked through. The inside was completely dough. Maybe just a bad day at Tanaquilla at the end of the season in September... I was a bit disappointed. If you're going to charge significantly higher prices, I expect a bit more.

VERY GOOD PIZZA. THERE'S A NOTICEABLE ATTEMPT TO RESEARCH THE DOUGH AND THE RAW INGREDIENTS. OVERALL, VERY GOOD. NICE LOCATION, BUT THE EXTERIOR NEEDS MORE ATTENTION, GIVEN ITS HUGE POTENTIAL, AND THE SERVICE AND WAIT TIMES NEED A SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT. THE PIZZA IS GOOD, IN A BEAUTIFUL CENTRAL LOCATION.

AMAZING NEAPOLITAN PIZZERIA.
It may seem strange (given the geographic location), but at this pizzeria in Bolsena I had the best pizza ever.
Very nice and intimate location.

Siamo stati una sera a mangiare io e mio marito in questo ristorante. Ho preso un hamburger, non ho fatto foto perché ci siamo divorati tutto nel giro di pochi minuti. mio marito ha preso una pizza altrettanto super buonissima. Locale molto carino e personale gentilissimo…tutto topppp👍👍👍

Ho scoperto questa pizzeria grazie a degli amici e ne sono rimasto contentissimo!
La pizza è ottima, offerta in varie altezze e con diverse farine, la carta dei vini è molto interessante così come la lista delle birre, ci tornerò sicuramente!
