Tananei In Marliana

We spent two wonderful night at Tananei which included their farm to table dinner as well as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tour! David and Giorgia are wonderful hosts and David is clearly passionate about his Extra virgin olive oil to the point that he became a sommelier! We learned a lot and throughly enjoyed the experience! There was an education piece, a tasting piece, a walk through the olive groves followed by a dinner that included samples of a number of their amazing oils! My husband and I loved the experience and highly recommend it!! Thank you David!!

Fantastic experience at a beautiful location in Tuscany. A BIG thank you to our hosts for the amazing dinner and EVO experience! We learned much from you David and are forever reading the labels of the Extra Virgin Olive Oils we come across. The hosts David and Georgia were excellent, caring and very informative. They are clearly very passionate at what they do. We were lucky to be there when they had the farm to table event which included great local food and was highly informative. The venue itself is so peaceful. There are restaurants a few minutes away by car. Great value for money and I hope to return.

Great place to stay and discover Pisa & Lucca, but also cosy villages such as Montecatini Alto. Great host & great culinary experience. Warm, welcoming and passionate hosts!

The olive oil tour was excellent... To see the olives and then understand the process, was fun and enlightening. We learned a lot about olive oil, the production and the how to spot a good from a bad olive oil. The tour was very informative and David explained everything in an easy way...best class room ever !! And the dinner...excellent, we couldn't have ask for more..we highly recommend the farm and tour, we will be back !! Ray and Thorsten PS: we stayed for three nights and David gave a great restaurant and tour recommendations !
