Perhaps one of the best places in the Oltrarno area. Fantastic location in the square! The guys who work there are all smiling and very kind... but the most important thing is the food! An exquisite pizza. We also had the tagliatelle with rocket pesto which was simply divine! Fresh pasta.... I also recommend vinsanto with homemade cantuccini! If you happen upon Santo Spirito, stop! It guarantees a DOC Florentine!!!

In a nice spot in santo spirito square, delicious dishes...but that's it. The portions are too small (at least for the pasta we chose) in contrast to their very high price. The staff is very kind.

A spectacular meal, at a very good price, and in a square with a great atmosphere. Ideal to go after a walk through the Oltrarno. We ate some pisci cacio e pepe (the best I ate in all of Italy) and a ten-size-fits-all margherita.

27/07/2024: Not everyone finds themselves in Italy desiring Chinese food, but if that does happen to you and you are in the vicinity of Empoli, which is about a half hour from Florence, there are a number of Chinese restaurants to choose from, when for decades there was only one. This new spot specializes in dumplings called ravioli on Italian menus and these are the best dumplings I've ever had in Italy. I would particularly recommend the bao. Dumplings and bao will set you back about 5 euros, not bad. Everything else we had was excellent, though it was the dumplings that stood out. My daughter ordered the classic ramen and said that was exceptional. The place is cute too with some amusing dumpling wall art.

05/07/2024: Every year I return to Florence it is my fixed stop! Fresh raw materials, quality and cleanliness are the setting for this little Greek place. Everything freshly prepared and everything visible, from preparation to service. I had never tasted such good stuffed pitas before!
05/07/2024: Ogni anno che torno a Firenze è la mia tappa fissa! Materie prime fresche, qualità e pulizia fanno da cornice a questo localino greco. Tutto preparato al momento e tutto a vista, dalla preparazione al servizio. Non avevo mai assaggiato prima, pite farcite così buone!
