UPDATE 06/14/2024:
After a long time, last night I returned to this Japanese restaurant for dinner, again with the all-you-can-eat formula.
I was pleased to notice that the variety of dishes on the menu has increased, and that here too they now make variations of sushi with black rice.
The price for the dinner menu, including cover charge, has increased to €24.90 (excluding drinks and desserts), which is €4 more than 3 years ago. However, it should be considered that prices have increased in all Japanese restaurants, and indeed, Take is one of the cheapest considering current prices.
In terms of food quality, obviously, we are not at the levels of a Japanese restaurant with an à la carte menu, but the sushi is still good.
In short, I confirm my positive evaluation.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I went there for lunch with my friends, taking advantage of the all-you-can-eat formula at €12.90 each.
The sushi was really good and had an intense flavour. The portions were generous: compared to average, the uramaki were noticeably larger, and the sashimi was also made up of significantly larger and thicker slices of raw fish!
The service was very fast, the wait was very minimal.
The environment is modern and well cared for. It is also one of the few Japanese restaurants with outdoor tables, covered by a veranda.
It should be underlined that the aforementioned price of €12.90 refers to lunch, while for dinner the price rises to €20.90. In both cases, drinks and desserts are excluded. However, these are normal prices.
Basically, this is a restaurant that I recommend with my eyes closed. I will definitely be back!
