A true gem in the heart of Reggio Emilia! Taiko Sushi has become my go-to place when I want quality sushi. The dishes are simply delicious, prepared with care that you can see and taste at first bite. The fish is very fresh, it literally melts in your mouth and each dish is a small masterpiece of taste and presentation. The staff is fast, attentive and incredibly friendly: they always make you feel welcome, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. Impeccable service that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend Taiko to anyone looking for authentic sushi served with professionalism. I will definitely be back, and often!

I often go to this restaurant and I highly recommend it. The place is super clean... including the bathroom which, often in public places, is neglected. The staff is very polite and kind, starting with the guys who cook. Mother and daughter take care of serving quickly and always with a smile. They are 2 very discreet people: they like to chat but are able to understand when customers prefer to be alone. The food is excellent.

It has now become our trusted Sushi, we pass by even several times a month if we can. A welcoming, familiar environment and the work behind each dish is absurd. When we enter now, we always ask for ginger and teriyaki, for us it is a sort of ritual, before immersing ourselves in their culinary experience. I strongly recommend you go there, because you will not regret it

Personale intelligente, gentile, disponibile e accorto mi ha accolto da subito con il sorriso. Location minimalista ma efficace. Da preferire alcune volte rispetto alla opulenza a tratti barocca di alcuni sushi restaurant. Cibo (sushi, sashimi, etc…) nella media ma i roll erano ben fatti da mano esperta e non con riso azzeccato come fanno alcuni. Se dovessi paragonarlo ad altri ristoranti preferisco questo più austero nella struttura ma di maggiore qualità e cortesia. Poi è in centro, vuoi mettere! Nota dolente: non è specificato sul conto il coperto di 2€ dovrebbero inserirlo. Per il resto voto da 7,5. Se avessero avuto del pesce freschissimo avrei dato un 9 senza complimenti.

Location molto bella,personale super cordiale e disponibile,cibo delizioso ma leggermente piccolo rispetto agli altri ristoranti sushi anche l’impiattatura molto bella e shic.Potete venire anche con i cani(il mio è stato coccolato affettuosamente da tutti)

VARIED AND FRESH SUSHIMI: SCAMPO (1) PLUS UNLIMITED PRAWNS BETTER THAN IN ITALIAN RESTAURANTS. FRIENDLY STAFF. FAST AND TRADITIONAL ORDERS (YOU ORDER TO THE WAITRESS WHO WRITES). VERY GOOD RAVIOLI AND URAMAKI. ALSO GOOD DESSERTS AND BULK WINE. TUNA TATAKI LOOKS LIKE MEAT, VERY GOOD. DELICIOUS FLAMBE' AND CARPACCI. I WENT A LOT OF TIMES. I'LL BE BACK AS SOON AS I CAN. AMONG THE BEST TWO OR THREE ALL YOU CAN EAT IN REGGIO, PERHAPS THE FIRST.

27/04/2025: In a word: WOW!😍 Both inside and outside this place is magnificent!😍 Everything decorated in wood in a very detailed way, the central glass floor which underneath shows a magnificent aquarium with Asian buildings and fish... I was completely speechless, in fact before the dishes arrived I got up specifically to admire all this. In addition to being aesthetically beautiful, it also tastes really good! I ate grilled ravioli, rice spaghetti with grilled vegetables and duck with orange, I can say that I ate everything with gusto! I recommend you try the grilled spaghetti because they are delicious🤤. My boyfriend ate crystal ravioli, crab claws, tagliatelle with prawns and chicken with almonds and he too enjoyed every course, in fact he loved the chicken with almonds! And he was right but it was so tender that it melted in your mouth. The prices are really honest, we didn't even pay €30 for an average of four dishes each. The waiters were kind and very friendly, they put me at ease. Absolutely a place I want to return to!❤️
