I ordered them raw, and I have to say they were truly excellent. The quantity was just right, and the flavor and creativity were remarkable.
The price was fair. The only thing I'd add was the wine list. Even though the cellar varies, there should be a basis for choosing.

We went for dinner and were thrilled! The raw seafood, endless and exquisite, is of a rare freshness, as are the cold appetizers, carefully prepared and plentiful. Everything was delicious, the service impeccable, and the owner extremely friendly and welcoming. An experience definitely worth repeating! Recommended for raw seafood lovers.

A waterfront establishment with a large window offering a breathtaking view of the waves. Bright, light-colored furnishings. The cuisine is excellent, with both hot and cold dishes, both local and international. Special mention goes to the fresh tuna cooked at low temperature and the tempura shrimp served with coffee mayonnaise. The first course, "Pescara-style," features chitarra ferfellone (a type of pasta) and Adriatic clams, and the fried fish with radicchio is unusual and delicious.
The wines are good, and the green apple sorbet is unusual and delicious.

A wonderful culinary experience, dinner with family and friends, everything was truly delicious, from the appetizer to the coffee. (I'm attaching a photo)
The atmosphere was refined and very clean, the service was prompt and very professional, and we were all REALLY satisfied and promised to return next time to replicate this magnificent experience.
I highly recommend it.
Today, a few months later, I've had confirmation that Tahiti is one of the best places to eat fish in Pescara, no offense intended.

We ate on the side dedicated to arrosticini and meat. We had a great time. The bruschettone was good, the Ascoli olives were fine, but above all, the arrosticini, both classic and with liver, were truly delicious. The liver ones deserve a special mention. The best we've had so far. The waitress was very kind and friendly. The location was beautiful, right on the beach. A little pricey, but considering the food, the location, and the time we spent at the table, it's fair enough. Friends who know the place have spoken highly of the seafood section of the restaurant.

I had dinner at this seaside restaurant with friends and family.
We ate both hot and cold appetizers, oysters, mixed fried seafood, calamari with balsamic vinegar, and grilled fish. Everything was delicious, fresh and well-cooked.
We drank a good rosé from a local winery.
The staff were friendly and professional.
I recommend the restaurant and will definitely return if I have the chance.
