I ordered them raw, and I have to say they were truly excellent. The quantity was just right, and the flavor and creativity were remarkable. The price was fair. The only thing I'd add was the wine list. Even though the cellar varies, there should be a basis for choosing. Thanks

We went for dinner and were thrilled! The raw seafood, endless and exquisite, is of a rare freshness, as are the cold appetizers, carefully prepared and plentiful. Everything was delicious, the service impeccable, and the owner extremely friendly and welcoming. An experience definitely worth repeating! Recommended for raw seafood lovers.

A waterfront establishment with a large window offering a breathtaking view of the waves. Bright, light-colored furnishings. The cuisine is excellent, with both hot and cold dishes, both local and international. Special mention goes to the fresh tuna cooked at low temperature and the tempura shrimp served with coffee mayonnaise. The first course, "Pescara-style," features chitarra ferfellone (a type of pasta) and Adriatic clams, and the fried fish with radicchio is unusual and delicious. The wines are good, and the green apple sorbet is unusual and delicious. Good

A wonderful culinary experience, dinner with family and friends, everything was truly delicious, from the appetizer to the coffee. (I'm attaching a photo) The atmosphere was refined and very clean, the service was prompt and very professional, and we were all REALLY satisfied and promised to return next time to replicate this magnificent experience. I highly recommend it. Today, a few months later, I've had confirmation that Tahiti is one of the best places to eat fish in Pescara, no offense intended. (I'm attaching more photos)

We ate on the side dedicated to arrosticini and meat. We had a great time. The bruschettone was good, the Ascoli olives were fine, but above all, the arrosticini, both classic and with liver, were truly delicious. The liver ones deserve a special mention. The best we've had so far. The waitress was very kind and friendly. The location was beautiful, right on the beach. A little pricey, but considering the food, the location, and the time we spent at the table, it's fair enough. Friends who know the place have spoken highly of the seafood section of the restaurant.

I had dinner at this seaside restaurant with friends and family. We ate both hot and cold appetizers, oysters, mixed fried seafood, calamari with balsamic vinegar, and grilled fish. Everything was delicious, fresh and well-cooked. We drank a good rosé from a local winery. The staff were friendly and professional. I recommend the restaurant and will definitely return if I have the chance.

10/06/2026: A great experience. I celebrated my birthday with my family. The food was excellent. The tagliolini with clams was simply excellent. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. My only complaint, though, is not a complaint, but rather an extra treat. Having different types of bread, perhaps even warm ones, was a great treat. I repeat, an extra treat because everything was perfect. The raw fish and the fried fish. I'll definitely be back.
06/06/2026: The cuisine was thoughtful, balanced, and featured anything but banal combinations. Each dish had a distinct identity, with discernible flavor and research. The service was attentive, attentive, and friendly, but never intrusive. We felt welcomed and cared for with great professionalism throughout the dinner. The seaside location adds to the rest. We'll definitely be back, thanks guys.

10/06/2026: The restaurant's location is very nice, especially since it overlooks the harbor. The dishes are mid-range, good, but the prices are a bit high for the quality and the lack of attention to the presentation. The place is designed more for events than for a romantic dinner, in my opinion. Overall, it's nice. The tobacconist's entrance and the bar-style entrance leave a lot to be desired.
06/06/2026: We visited Franco as a group of four because we wanted to spend our only evening in Pescara enjoying authentic Italian seafood. We chose the Franco 3 menu, which offers an excellent combination of seafood specialties at a very reasonable price. Before coming, we reserved a table through TheFork and specifically wanted to sit with a view of the marina. Our reservation was confirmed, and we arrived on time. However, after being seated, we were told that the Franco menus (Franco 1–5) cannot be ordered inside the restaurant and are only available in the outdoor area. Unfortunately, this important information is not mentioned during the online booking process. At first, the staff told us there were no available tables outside, even though many tables were empty but apparently reserved. Since we had booked in advance and had come specifically for this menu, we asked them to find a solution instead of simply turning us away. After some discussion, a staff member spoke with the owner, and eventually they brought an additional table and arranged a place for us outside. I would especially like to thank the owner. He personally made sure the situation was resolved, later came to our table, asked whether everything was satisfactory, and made us feel welcome. His professionalism and hospitality completely changed our impression of the evening. As for the food, it was outstanding. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The bruschetta, mussels, calamari, fried fish, cod croquette, and even the Italian bread were excellent. The portions were generous—we actually could not finish everything. The menu also included drinks and water, making the value for money exceptional. The restaurant’s location is another advantage. Walking there across Pescara’s beautiful pedestrian bridge and then enjoying dinner near the marina created a wonderful atmosphere. My only criticism concerns the booking process and communication. If you want to order one of the Franco menus, I strongly recommend calling the restaurant in advance and specifically informing them of this when making your reservation. Booking only through TheFork may result in a table where these menus are not available, and this is not clearly explained. Despite the difficult start, we had a wonderful evening. The food deserves the highest praise, and the owner’s attention to guests deserves special recognition. I sincerely recommend Franco to anyone visiting Pescara and hope the reservation process will become clearer for future guests.
