The service was exceptional. The food was very good. We made a mistake when ordering, and they changed our dish without any problems. The desserts were delicious.

The food was delicious, the steak is served rare on a hot stone. So you can cook it even better. Every steak is served with a bit of salad and baked potatoes. The dessert was also good, a tiny bit pricey. The restaurant was very busy and we luckily could get in without a reservation. Although we were sometimes forgotten by the servers. Had to wait to ask for the dessert and even call multiple times for the menu or to pay.

Super clean and stylishly decorated restaurant, with plenty of outdoor seating. The waiters were attentive and were able to explain the differences between the different types of steak. The grilled dishes are highly recommended; they're served on a hot plate, with the option to continue grilling. The only downside was the slightly longer wait between receiving dessert and paying (10-20 minutes). We would definitely eat here again.

23/05/2025: I have been going to Focacceria almost daily for about a couple of months and I have honestly never been disappointed. Monica, the owner, is an attentive and hospitable cook, a true guardian of traditional Salento cuisine. Here I have rediscovered, with great pleasure, the dishes of my childhood... Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.
