I had dinner on Saturday night with friends. The atmosphere is very light, typical of old-fashioned trattorias, and I would say that, in my opinion, it is a plus. The tables are set in a very simple way, and this is another plus. I would say that the food is of a good standard....indeed...in my opinion, excellent. The waitress, Marta, is a very colorful girl, with a language....colorful, but that said, very good at her job. The thing that struck me most was the cleanliness....there was a problem with the door, and we had to leave the kitchen....I have been working in the restaurant business for 45 years...and I assure you that a kitchen as clean and tidy as that is difficult to find, even in places where you spend over €100 per person. CONGRATULATIONS
