Elegant place with streetside tables... impeccable service. They recommended a spectacular local wine. Excellent spaghetti and tartare, reasonably priced for the dishes. Wonderful....

Great find. In a city with a lot of fully booked restaurants we found this little gem completely randomly and it was amazing. Great food and even better service. The best restaurant we experienced in 10 days in Sicily. Good value for money, great atmosphere and amazing staff. We licked our plates clean. Thank you for a lovely dinner!

A wonderful place, only open two years ago but truly top-notch! The food was divine, and all the Sicilian ingredients were top-notch. Reading the reviews, I was already expecting something exceptional, but this exceeded my expectations. Congratulations!

We dined outside in a small but welcoming setting. The staff was immediately helpful. We had an appetizer of octopus, potato, and tomato salad, delicious! It's a shame there wasn't much octopus. We then continued with two first courses: one with mussels, delicious, and the other with cacio ragusano and pepper, which we weren't particularly impressed with. Kudos to the chef for offering a small sample of Sicilian sfincione! The price was reasonable. Recommended!

Stradina tranquilla, locale grazioso… ma qui nulla è ordinario. Chef e cucina davvero superlativi, senza contare la qualità delle materie prime. Cantina e sommelier straordinari. Ospiti che si alzano dal tavolo soddisfatti e sorridenti. È vero, a volte c’è un’attesa di qualche minuto in più, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena e, se apprezzate il buon vino o siete in ottima compagnia, non la noterete. Complimenti ragazzi, alla prossima con il 2004.

Complimenti ai ragazzi che conducono questo ristorante a Ragusa superiore, vicino alla Cattedrale di S. Giovanni. Sebbene il menu' presenti un numero limitato di scelte, tutti i piatti proposti rivelano una attenta selezione delle materie prime e la cantina è davvero ampia. Il maialino cotto a bassa temperatura è stato davvero eccezionale e superlativo. Oltre ai locali presenti a Ragusa Ibla io consiglio di passare in questo locale a Ragusa superiore. Bravi i ragazzi!

06/08/2025: We stopped by chance at this restaurant. We had a very pleasant evening: the friendly, cheerful waiter, the quality and variety of the ingredients, and the mastery of the cooking. We had fish as main courses (tuna, char) and the rib-eye steak. Everything was well prepared. Among the signature dishes, a special mention goes to the delicate onion tartare (starter) and the floating island. A touch of France with a little something extra. And a complimentary petit four (mignardise) as a starter. I wanted a little extra tomato, and I was treated to a salad with fragrant olive oil. The menu doesn't quite reflect the variety of dishes on offer. Don't hesitate to ask the waiter. A charming place, which I highly recommend.
06/08/2025: Delicious and not too expensive ! Divine seafood and meat, excellent vegetables, perfect wine. The tomatoes were so good that, as Europeans who are used to the poor quality of the ones back home, we ordered some more in a bowl (the request was really well received) ! The waiter was adorable and the setting beautiful. An excellent night !

07/09/2025: I'd been to this osteria years ago, the first time I came to Modica, brought there by locals. This year I returned because I had fond memories, which I can confirm. Homemade cuisine, generous dishes, and local ingredients at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. It's close to the center, a short walk away, so easy to get to. I recommend it!
